The beautiful and cozily furnished apartment is located right at the beginning of the village. It has a well-equipped kitchen-living room, 2 bedrooms and a cozy living room. In addition, there is a large, partially covered balcony from which you can enjoy the beautiful mountains. Whether as a family or as a couple - you will find everything here.

The charming penthouse, with magnificent views of the surrounding mountains and in particular the highest mountain of Ticino (Adula 3402 m a.s.l.) is located on the top floor of an ancient Ticino house expertly restored in 2022 (Cà Nizza) in that of Marolta, in the Blenio Valley. Mit geschütztem Gartensitzplatz und Garten. Sonnige, ruhige Lage. Eigener Hauseingang, Sauna im Nebengebäude. Ski in, ski out oder Skibus in drei Minuten erreichbar.
