Lovely apartment in a great location.

The apartment is stunning, with everything you could want for a cosy, stylish stay in freezing January. The location was great for the University and Arthur's seat, not to mention Hollyrood distillery! Ben was great on communication; highly recommended.

The flat was really well located and had everything we needed. It was spotlessly clean and there were nice touches like biscuits and umbrellas. Very easy communication with Marion. I would certainly stay here again. Perfect place for a few days in Edinburgh.

This a beautiful, spacious, arty apartment in a perfect location. We stayed for three nights with our two grown up children and loved every minute. We were only a short walk or Uber ride from plenty of local bars, shops and attractions and yet the street was so peaceful at night.We slept really well! Rachel is a wonderful host, quick to respond,leaving plenty of helpful notes, a choice of duvets for every weather and some thoughtful supplies in the fridge. We will be back!

Very responsive to questions. Clean and comfortable beds. Having washer and dryer was great after being on the road for over a week. Short drive to Tesco and Stirling Castle.

We really enjoyed our stay. Derrywood is a short walk from the centre of Braemar. It is a great base for exploring the local area and hiking the Munros. The accommodation was very clean, spacious and well equipped and the hosts very accommodating, approachable and friendly. Would definitely stay again

Great family home, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Perfectly situated on Callander main street, with everything you need on the doorstep. Aaron was quick to respond and was flexible with checkout. Would stay again!

Lorna's place was fantastic! They greeted us at the door and had a lovely chat, extremely helpful. They even left us some home made cake that my mother was in love with and we tried Lorna's homemade jams that we adored. The place was spotless and it had everything we needed. My parents are seniors and the location was ideal so we could go places very easily and when they were tired it was easy to return. My parents were extremely impressed with the place and the kindness of our hosts! We loved it and we would absolutely come back!

Was on exchange in London and decided to visit Edinburgh, was extremely lucky to stay at Usman’s accommodation. He was extremely welcoming and waited for our arrival on the first day and took the liberty of showing us around the house. The place was super cosy, clean and warm. A proper lovely place to stay that’s not far from the main tourist spots either. Cannot thank Usman enough for being so lovely and ensuring we have everything we need for the stay. Will definitely stay here again if we are ever back for a visit to Edinburgh. Would give 6 stars if I could!

We had a great time staying at Jamie's place on a family trip to Edinburgh, it was very easy to get into the city centre either via bus or walking. The flat was clean, and had lots of features which helped us have a smooth stay, the oven, microwave and Quooker tap were all really easy to use and had all the features you could possibly need! I would recommend it to anyone wanting somewhere to host them when they visit the city.

I booked this home for a family get together. Marie was extremely helpful leading up to our arrival making it easy to find, and was waiting for us when the taxi arrived. Check in was easy and Marie showed us where everything was and told us about local transport. As Marie lives next door, it was peace of mind to know that we could ask anything and get an answer straight away. It was such a lovely weekend for us all and I would absolutely book this home again. Oops, nearly forgot about the extras! Marie left some lovely treats in the fridge! You will have to book to find out 😊

We all thoroughly enjoyed being in the house. It is spacious and extremely well equipped. Perfect location for the golf, shops, restaurants etc. Everything worked well and communication was excellent. Thoroughly recommend and we would all return in a heartbeat.

Fantastic dwelling, great location and excellent hosts. We will definitely look to return to Edinburgh in the future and seek this residence as well as highly recommending it to our friends and family. Our hosts Mark and Dayna were wonderful especially with their wonderful gesture of allowing us to stay an extra night, free of charge, due to The Hogmanay Festival being cancelled. Thank you again. Nevertheless a wonderful visit to Edinburgh underpinned by an excellent apartment and generous hosts.

Great place to be in the center of Edinburgh. We chose to be on the Royal Mile, so you have to expect some street noise at night. If you want 100% quiet, go to the suburbs. Very comfortable beds and bedding. Adjustable radiators in each bedroom were great for those who run hot or cold at night.

We had an amazing break at 12 Golf Place, the absolute best location ever! Great apartment, very well kitted out. Really comfortable beds and good showers. The flat was cosy and welcoming. Alastair was an absolute dream to deal with. I would have no hesitation in returning and in recommending the accomodation.

Excellent communication prior to the stay followed by an easy check in etc. The property is as described and in a fantastic location with much to see, do, eat and drink all right outside the front door. Would 100% return and also recommend
