Angela's place was a wonderful warm and welcoming place for our family to stay over Easter. The sunsets over the water and into the living room were divine! we really loved hanging in the living room and on the front deck watching the birds and boats and listening to the gentle waves. the kitchen was well-equipped for a large group and we enjoyed cooking there. The house had a lovely family feel with extra touches like linen doonas and throws and fresh flowers in vases. there are interesting walks and lookouts and good coffee near by!

A fantastic dog friendly place to stay! Ris was very communicative and friendly. Check in easy. the house was quiet, cosy. and comfortable. Excellent location, 10 mins from the city, 5 mins from shopping centre, lots of restaurants and cafes and only a 2 min drive/5 minute walk to an amazing dog park if you have your pup with you. All in all a great stay. Thank you!

Michelle was wonderful and welcoming. The house was clean and beautifully presented. The location and view were brilliant and we had a wonderful time and our dog really enjoyed the walks in ethe area, the hills really tired her out. Thanks Michelle.

There were 6 of us. It was a girlfriends weekend. House was so comfortable, we decided to stay home on a day we had planned to go out, watching a bit of TV, playing cards and chatting. Kitchen had everyrhing we needed so ate in instead of going out. Very quiet, snug and we relaxed big time. My friends all wrote down the address for recommendations to family and friends. Couldn't be happier with our stay.

Maggie's place was great. We stayed for 2weeks visiting our friends in Hobart and it was a great base for us. Plenty of room and amenities, the place was very comfortable. We liked that it had a heat/AC pump in the lounge and an additional electric heater and electric blankets in the bedroom + a fan for warm nights. The house is old and drafty but the heaters keep it warm and cosy. Everything was very clean and comfortable, we had no issues. Area was great, it's a short 5-10min to supermarkets and bus stops. Bus into the CBD is about 20mins. We appreciated the place came stocked with tea+coffee plus cooking essentials. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again on our next visit.

Lovely stay with thoughtful touches like Scrabble, Jenga, and kids’ books in the living room. Great to have a heater in the bathroom too! The host was very responsive when we had questions. Note that there’s a flight of stairs to access the place, which might be tricky with heavy luggage, but it wasn’t a problem for us.

The apartment was fantastic. I wished we could have stayed longer. Perfect 4 bedroom for the 7 adults. Even better than what it looked like on Airbnb. So close to everywhere - market, bubs, restaurants, distilleries, access to main roads. Meter parking out front. Will definitely book again the next time we go to Hobart !!

We had a fantastic 4 night stay at Anna's cottage. It felt so cosy and comfortable. Getting around was a breeze. You can get a quick 10 minute bus into the city or a very cheap uber. There was milk in the fridge for us, and a cute little kitchenette which we used for toast and coffee mainly, but there were appliances to cook a proper meal if we wanted. Anna was incredibly accommodating, as we landed quite early and were able to check in ahead of time. Made our first day in Hobart much smoother and enjoyable. if I had to nitpick, I would probably have liked some firmer pillows but the 4 supplied were sufficient (more just personal preference). Overall I can't really fault anything. It was absolutely lovely and I highly recommend the stay 😊😊

Natalie's place was absolutely lovely. It was really spacious which was ideal for our group, and the view was incredible. We really loved staying there and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

I stayed at Tom and Pam's for business reasons - it was easy walking to one site and the bus stop was 30 seconds away for bus commutes. Tom was very responsive to my needs. The apartment was perfect for me as a solo traveler, good cooking facilities and general amenities. Loved the serene gardens, great after a busy day or an easy walk to the beach as well.

Stylish, comfy, and set up with everything we needed for a short stay - plus a few welcome luxuries, Rose's arty apartment is a gem. Close to the river and walking routes with heart-stopping views from the front door, a short dash to the CBD or local shops meant our break was spent unwinding in a quiet, safe, and easily accessible street. This is a listing you'll love and want to come back to.

The stay was exactly what we wanted, cosy apartment for two with a bedroom each. The kitchen was everything we needed and extremely functional. The passcode entry was perfect as we didn’t need to worry about forgetting keys or making sure someone was always there when the other was out. Jodi and Lindsay were extremely responsive and conversations always felt personal as they were invested in why we travelled to Tasmania.

The location of this two bedroom unit makes it unbeatable! The beds and bedding were fresh and comfy. Kitchen and bathroom both modern. Whilst the unit itself and furnishing were a little dated, it was clean and had everything we needed. The location meant we were not home much!

We had a great time staying at Robert’s Condo. The location was great for walking everywhere. Close to good cafes and restaurants. Robert added some lovely unexpected little additions which made us feel right at home. Thank you! The condo itself is large and has modern amenities. We look forward to travelling back someday with our 1 year old son.

Lovely modern and clean apartment. Centrally located. In walking distance to Salamanca and the wharf. Secure underground parking. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this apartment.

Fantastic short stay. The lovely cottage was brand new, modernity furnished and everything was cosy, extremely neat and tidy. Easy to walk to main precinct and park out the front. Jacqui was very responsive and we had no dramas at all. Will visit and return for sure!

Central and clean apartment with a parking space in the city, which is rare! Great communication from Andrew and easy to access.

We thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing stay with Million Dollar Views. We thank Coralie and Costa for their very generous food and drinks, comfortable bed, kitchen and many extras to a make our stay perfect. We certainly recommend our stay to friends and family.
