Monthly Rentals in Black Canyon City

The casita was the perfect space for a small family. The space is fresh, modern, clean and the patio and pool look like a scene from a private resort. The fire pit was a great space for morning coffee and evening margaritas and our oldest loved the basketball court. In fact our hosts went out of their way to take-down the pickleball net to accommodate our son's love of basketball. The location is a short 5 minute scenic drive to a wonderful town center with a host of great restaurants (We loved the Thai, Pho, and In-Out Burger, First Watch) and two very, very nice grocery stores. Being on the north end of Phoenix it was the perfect jumping-off location for day trips to Sedona (very beautiful) and the Grand Canyon. At the end of the day the space itself was its own vacation and it truly felt like a luxury resort Casita.

Dana's Casita was the cleanest air bnb we have ever stayed in. Admittedly, I rarely feel "at home" or completely comfortable in a space that isn't mine, but the cleanliness, and little touches definitely made an impact. The bathroom was spotless, as was kitchen and all linens. The natural dish sponge has changed my kitchen game:) She even provides purified dinking water which to us is a massive bonus. Shower head was even filtered! Again, small touches, big win. The view off covered porch was so pretty and well kept. We enjoyed coffee out there every morning. Dana even left a tie out for our dog which we didn't think we would use but it came in handy for more relaxing coffee time with our pup able to hang out with us on her bed. You can tell she cares deeply for her property, and wants her guests to have a great experience. We will for sure stay here again!

This home is perfect to get out of the city and forget everything and relax. It’s one of my favorites overall specially when the host. Greet you in person that was amazing

Joanna was very kind and helpful when asked about an early check-in, and also the temperature of the home. She let me know within 30 minutes that I could go ahead and check in early. Also, I felt like a pain in the rear for a few hours while we were trying to figure out the perfect temperature! Joanna assured me not to worry, and that it wasn’t a problem to adjust it at any point! That put me at ease and helped me feel comfortable!
