Comfy bed, idyllic setting, and delicious pork products. The scenery is incredible, and Catherine is an excellent host. I highly recommend this place and we hope to stay here again!

Had an amazing weekend getaway in Canton! The cabin was perfect, close to many hiking trails and not far from restaurants and stores. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend! Thanks, will be booking again!

Garry and Debbie are excellent hosts and deserve 100 stars, not just five!! They are concerned about the comfort and safety of there guests at all times. The cabin is everything one needs for a relaxing get away!! The sound of the river is so peaceful. The cabin itself provides all the comforts for a home away from home. We look forward to our next visit there!

This Airbnb was probably the cleanest one i have ever been too. Kathleen and Greg were so warm and welcoming. Everything was labeled clearly and easy to navigate. We loved being out in the middle of nowhere- but definitely take their advice to bring your own groceries + entertainment as the service/wifi can be spotty! We are already planning our next trip back :) loved this place and loved exploring the Nantahala which is only a 15 minute drive away!

The Ridge Cabin is in an a fantastic location, quiet, private, amazing views. The cabin itself is cozy, we spent our days out in the deck in the sun, and when it cooled down we stayed inside with the pellet stove which was really warm (plus a lot of blankets and a couple of dogs to really keep things extra warm). It’s pretty cold and exposed on top of the ridge, so I do recommend dressing warmly if you’re there in the winter. Christy was very helpful when we had some trouble with the heat, she came up and cleaned out the ashes from the fireplace and got it working perfectly for us. I hope we will be back, maybe when it’s warmer, so we can keep the big door open to really enjoy the space.

My girlfriend and I had an amazing weekend stay. From the moment I got out of my car I felt at peace. The creek was beautiful, the air was crisp, and the cabin was lovely. I love the cold so I hung outside in the hammock while my girlfriend who loves warmth relaxed inside. The hot tub was great and we enjoyed Netflix while the first snow of the year fell all around us. I made a fire and we had s’mores as well. Will stay again.

Immaculate home, stunning view! We loved everything about this place, and it exceeded our expectations!! Had every amenity we could possibly need, just a gorgeous home and even though it was almost a 30 minute drive to downtown Asheville, the drive wasn’t bad and we were content to spend our evenings just enjoying the space. I wouldn’t schedule activities because you may not want to leave the home very often. :) we’ve already shared the link with a number of people who saw our pictures and inquired about it. Can’t wait to go back!
