On the farm there is a separate sauna with shower and toilet. In the area there are several beaches, barbecue areas and nice forest trails. In winter there are ski tracks on the lake and an ice guard for winter swimming . An idyll only about 10 minutes drive from Umeå.

Close to Öreälven offers nice hiking opportunities and canoeing as well as nice fishing spots. Also snowmobile trails are nearby with nice barbecue cottages and vistas to discover.
