With us, you will stay comfortably in our cozy guest house, in the middle of beautiful Höga Kusten and close to many popular excursion destinations, swimming, hiking trails, ski trails, shops, restaurant, gas station. Electric car charger in the yard. There is a well-equipped small kitchen, dining area, living room with sofa and fireplace with pellet basket. Cozy sleeping loft, private entrance and private balcony. Barbecue available to borrow. Barbecue charcoal and lighter fluid are available for a fee. Sorry, we can't have cats in the cottage. Large villa nicely situated

Övervåningen omfattar tre sovrum. Rum 1 har en dubbelsäng, där finns också tre garderober. Rum 2 har två enkelsängar varav den ena i våning med ett skrivbord undertill. Två garderober. Rum 3 har en enkelsäng, ett skrivbord och en garderob. Vardagsrummet har ett stort matbord med plats för 8 personer. Köket är fullt utrustat och har även ett matbord med plats för fyra personer. Ny kyl och frys. Toalett med dusch finns på övervåningen. Källarvåningen har en gillestuga med braskamin och en säng (120 cm). Här finns även bastu, toalett, dusch, tvättmaskin och ett arbetsrum.

Welcome, here you have an affordable accommodation with a private entrance, bathroom with shower and smaller kitchen/kitchenette with everything you need to cook simple meals. Airfryer, Microwave, hot plate, toaster, kettle, etc. There is a bus stop about 100m from the property. These run every 20 minutes and it takes about 15 min to Sundsvall city center and stops outside My University on the way. If you have a car, you can park for free in the parking lot that belongs to the house. Cleaning, bed linens and towels are included. Like a hotel, but better

About 10 km to Sollefteå which has one of Sweden's best and most complete ski facilities (ski tracks, ski slope and biathlon). Close access to hiking, biking (downhill) and an unbeatable nature. Pretty close to the High Coast gems. Overall, there are plenty of activity opportunities within easy reach. Look into Sollefteå municipality and High Kusten's websites for lots of inspiration.
