Electric car charger in the yard. There is a well-equipped small kitchen, dining area, living room with sofa and fireplace with pellet basket. Cozy sleeping loft, private entrance and private balcony. Barbecue available to borrow. Barbecue charcoal and lighter fluid are available for a fee. Sorry, we can't have cats in the cottage. These run every 20 minutes and it takes about 15 min to Sundsvall city center and stops outside My University on the way. Relax with the family in this peaceful space. Which is close to nature but also centrally located in Söråker. It is a brand new built cottage with high standard. One bedroom with 180 cm comfortable double bed and one room with a 120 cm comfortable single bed. We have a nice sofa bed that will be 140 cm wide where you can sleep two as well. Wifi is available and a nice bathroom with shower and both washing machine and dryer. There's a cozy plot that you have all to yourselves. With a fireplace, outdoor furniture, swing and a charcoal grill.

Here you can enjoy the proximity to nature and easily get to all the sights found in the High Coast area. A lovely glassed-in porch where you can sit and blend in the bravades of the day. Pets are allowed. Smoking is prohibited in the house. A travel cot is available for the smallest visitors. The house is fully equipped for year around living.

Perfect location for exploring all that Höga Kusten has to offer! Kitchen and living room with a sofa bed where 2 can sleep and a bedroom with a 90 cm bed. Extra mattresses can be arranged if needed. Next to the toilet there is also a small laundry room. Free WiFi. Note, no smoking in the apartment or on the area.
