Modern Tiny House with Spectacular Views
Located about 40 min south of missoula in Stevensville MT. Newly finished tiny home with high end finishings. Great location for access to tons of hiking, flyfishing and other outdoor activities in the beautiful Bitterroot valley. Large shower with dual shower heads, stainless appliances and plenty of room to cook, two large decks for outdoor lounging and grilling. Note: the last mile or so is a primitive road. Trucks and sedans are fine but any vehicle with a low profile isn't recommended

For snow lovers, we’re minutes away from the spectacular Lolo pass, and Lost Trail ski areas.

Hamilton, Montana is a small town nestled in the shadows of the Bitterroot Saphire Mountains. The town a vibrant old downtown with theater, live music, a great weekly farmer’s market plus easy access to backpacking in the mountains or enjoying the river or local lakes. Hamilton is home to the Daly Mansion of the Montana Copper Kings. It’s close to several wildlife refuges including the famous Lee Metcalf Refuge. Guides are readily available for horseback rides, fly fishing , and float trips.

Our guesthouse is on the same property as our home with 8 acres of natural landscape. You have privacy with your own parking area. Come stay for a day, two or more. Independent ground floor guest suite of Log Home. Private estate surrounded by old growth Ponderosa pine forest. Two spacious bedrooms, a large bathroom, living room, and full custom walnut kitchen with all new stainless appliances and a laundry room. Very peaceful, secure and quiet. The road is a Montana style dirt road. When there is NO snow any car will make it up the hill. In Winter you will need a four wheel vehicle. We snowplow the road as necessary in winter. We are Pet friendly.

Cozy Cottage overlooking the Bitterroot Valley
This fun cottage is located on the east side of the Bitterroot Valley, bordered on three sides by state land, so there is room to hike. A 10 minute drive brings you to the Bitterroot River, known for its excellent fly fishing. Across the valley are numerous trail heads that lead into the Bitterroot Mountains. By renting with us, guests agree to the terms of the contract. 2 night minimum stay. No animals allowed due to pet dander that is difficult to remove, and severe allergies to it.

The Cottage at Farmstead Hollow
The Cottage is a delightful retreat in the foothills of the gorgeous Bitterroot Mountains, 2 miles outside of Hamilton, Montana. We are a family of four living the good life on our small working farm and The Cottage is our vacation rental nestled into the center of our property. Complete with it's own driveway and nicely fenced off from the rest of the busy goings on of the barnyard, it is separate from our space, but animal sights and sounds are sometimes a part of the experience.

Bear Creek Loft
Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Our loft is located in the western part of Victor with very limited neighbors and quiet area. We are only a few miles off of the highway providing a easy stop for travelers near and far. Our loft is an attached apartment over the garage with a private entrance and check in process. It is a fully completed apartment stocked with basic kitchen, bathroom, and living essentials. It is a perfect one night stay or a week stay.
