Waterfront vacation rentals in Birch Bay

I had a great stay at Atrina’s place. It is full of light and clean. One can get to Granville Island in 10 minutes with the ferry which leaves every 5 minutes. Walking downtown is very doable too. I wish only there were tight curtains, I was awakened by the light.

I highly recommend staying at Alison’s place. It has a beautiful view of the mountains and ocean, with great local restaurants and it’s easy to get around to other parts of Vancouver. Her place is very clean and well laid out. It is a vacation in and of itself to stay in and just enjoy the accommodation! Alison was also very flexible and responsive as a host - thank you for a wonderful stay!

Very, very clean place to stay. Expect some noise from above- similar to an apartment. Wasn’t a surprise as we were already warned of this in the description. Beautifully landscaped and very responsive hosts. Loved the view of the lake from the patio.

Amazing central location in downtown Vancouver. Easy to walk to the Harbour, Robson St., Stanley Park, etc. Building was clean and quiet. We enjoyed the spa and pool one evening during our stay. Would stay again.

Had a wonderful stay for a girls weekend in Van! It fit 5 of us comfortably and the two bathrooms were a huge bonus! The space was beautiful, lots of natural light, and the beds were comfortable. We had a weekend of activities planned and we were able to walk to the majority of our destinations! This is a super central spot in a fun area of Vancouver, especially if you’re a foodie! It looks exactly like the pictures :)

We had an amazing stay in Edison! The house was perfectly situated and beautiful inside & out. Would highly recommend and will be back!

Ana is an excellent host! She was very responsive and answered all of our questions. The accommodation was located in an area that made it easy for us to get to local attractions. The unit is very clean with lots of soft fluffy towels and a well stocked kitchen. Excellent water pressure too!

We loved it here it was private, serene and well located. Gudrun was very responsive and gave helpful reminders and recommendations for the island. They made our stay easy to manage and pleasantly filled with fun island adventures. The home it's self was well decorated, clean and had many great amenities. the grounds were well maintained and came with a sculpture garden near by and a private beach which we look full advantage of. The hot tub overlooking the sound was magical and the large stacks of wood let us have many fun bonfires. we appreciated the time we were able to stay there and hope to come again once our time and finances allow.

The property management company was super proactive. They emailed, texted and called to let us know the power company was shutting down the power one night for maintenance. The directions to our rental were so easy to follow. Not only were there text instructions but they also had a step by step map route. Just perfect.

Marie and Alex’s place is a fantastic little getaway. Peaceful surroundings and beautiful views. Will definitely visit again!

Amazing stay with family. Everyone including the kids had a wonderful time. We had great weather in May and got to take advantage of the beach and kayaks several times. Nearby golf and tennis was great, two guest played 9 holes and a bunch of us played pickleball. Everyone was sad to leave and we all said we would love to come back. Such an amazing property in a beautiful corner of the world. Thanks for sharing it with us!

Peaceful, well equipped home with an insane view! We couldn't believe how beautiful the waterfront view was, even when it was raining. Very quick drive to Deception Pass nearby for the thrilling bridge walk and some nice walks. Easy check in and comfortable, clean space. We loved our stay here.

We had a glorious few days at Nigel’s San Juan property. The location can’t be beat, the house very comfortable, and Nigel was extremely helpful throughout our stay. Don’t pass this one up on your next visit to San Juan!

We came here as 3 moms on a Mother's Day weekend getaway. It was everything the doctor ordered: peace and quiet, a beach within walking distance, birds all around and the delightful town of Fairhaven just up the road. We loved the comfortable lived-in feel of the house. So many Airbnbs these days are without personality; this is a home that has been lived in and loved, filled with the books and art of a family that loved their home and its beautiful setting. We watched birds, took hikes, completed a jigsaw puzzle and explored the shops of Fairhaven. It is hard to ask for anything more. The beds were comfortable, the view from the deck was amazing, it had everything we needed - without being remotely pretentious.

Annika’s home was beautiful - a true sanctuary. The access to the beach at low tide was a blast for our kids and we were treated to beautiful sunsets every night and even had an eagle perch on a branch outside to have its dinner. The house was spacious, clean and comfortable with lots of games and toys for the kids. Our kids are already asking when we can return.

Great central location. We enjoyed exploring the area. Sohee was extremely responsive and helpful. She provided very detailed instructions that made check in and check out simple.

We were in Vancouver for just over a week and found the accommodation to be perfect for our stay. It felt like a little oasis of tranquility and the suite was wonderfully located for our needs. Walking distance to a lot of amenities and places to eat out, although the kitchenette has everything you need for light meal prep. A relaxing environment with nice touches all round and a great view out into the canopy of trees. We really enjoyed our stay.

Birch Bay is great, there home is excellent.

Kelli's place and hosting exceeded expectations. She was communicative, friendly, got clear instructions and quick responses to us, and checked in during our week stay to make sure we had what we needed. The place was super clean, warm, with several places to cozy up with our grandkids who came over for a visit; parking, entry, getting settled was easy. We could stare at the bay from the living room or the covered patio; going for beach walks was as easy as crossing the street. The comfortable bed and spacious closet suited us perfectly for our 7 night stay. It had all the kitchen accessories we needed for the week. An example of Kelli's superhosting: when we arrived, we noticed one lightbulb out in the bathroom, hardly an issue. I messaged her so she could fix it (even if she did so after we left, again, it was not a bother) - within an hour the bulb was replaced. We have stayed several places when visiting our kids in Blaine and none of them suited us as well as Kelli's place.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Iman’s place. He was incredibly communicative and accommodating- even greeting us upon arrival. The location can’t be beat - right on Beach Ave - a 5 min walk to Granville Island ferry, stunning walk along the beach to West End, easy walk to DT. Cute restaurants in the neighborhood and a great grocery store nearby. Iman provided fantastic local recommendations. Our favorite part was the outdoor space - wraparound patios with views of the harbor. I could hardly tear myself away! Apt is comfy and has all the amenities you’d need for your stay. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great time in Yuliya's apartment - the accommodation was exactly as described and the communication was friendly and helpful. The check-in and check-out via the Keycafé also worked smoothly. We can absolutely recommend the apartment!

Matt's place was perfect for my group to spend an easy weekend skiing at baker. Very close to the glacier ski shop and wake n bakery, 30 mins from the slopes, and within walking distance of chair 9. There were games and a few dvd's to choose from in the condo, as well as a community building with a pool table, hot tub + pool, and much more. Matt supplied helpful instructions and was very responsive. I would definitely stay here again.
