Very nice apartment and a very good location if you have a car. Marin was attentive and gave us recommendations on where to eat and which beaches to visit. Recommended!

I would recommend the place to anyone and book again anytime. You are actually right on the beach, it's a maximum of 2 minutes walk. Nearby is the promenade at the beach bars and restaurants, you could also bring dogs everywhere. Price-performance was great

Vilma was always very friendly and very quick to answer. Her apartment was very spacious, clean and the air conditioning was working perfectly. There were also two bonus cats :)

I recommend it to everyone, Ivan responds extremely quickly. Helpful and cheerful. In the "apartment" clean, bright and spacious, we were in a condo on the ground floor, equipped with a kitchen. It's quiet and tranquil, with a really good rest, no one's going to walk around the apartment, it's really private. O city is easily accessible on foot in about 8-10 minutes. You can get into the nightlife soon... There is a bakery right around the corner, and food stores at 2-3 corners. With a car, parking is equal to zero! The apartment is on a narrow street with no parking, the surrounding streets are similar, there are parking lots if we're lucky (evening and evening, there is a place everywhere but nothing during the day)... the nearest one is about 300m. But don't let anyone feel like it. Happy holidays, everyone.🤗

I stayed at Iain And Joyce's place for about ten days in August. I would say everything is perfect, the location is beautiful directly on the sea in the private property of the residence so without cars or traffic you fully enjoy nature. The apartment is furnished in an essential way and is an added value for a vacation home, bright and spacious. There were three of us and the size was perfect. The terrace is magnificent for dining and seeing the beautiful sunsets. It is located inside a residence where you can enjoy all the services from the various restaurants to the market. Contact with the hosts despite not being on site has always been immediate. The only drawback is that it's so relaxing that the urge to move around the location is so relaxing. Super Recommended !

Luka's place was even better than we expected - the Airbnb was spacious, modern and the rooftop deck was huge and had a view of Zadar old town! We walked into old town in less than 1/2h, used the secure underground parking and has a great time in the place.

We had a wonderful 2 weeks in this great apartment. Everything was sparkling clean and there was everything you need for daily use (detergent, dishwashing tabs, cleaning utensils...). The kitchen is super equipped and also has a dishwasher. The hosts are very friendly and we felt like we were on vacation with friends. The sea is only a few steps away and you can always find a free spot. In 10-15 minutes, you can walk to 2 supermarkets and some good restaurants. Martin's apartment is very nice and clean: it has everything you need. You can park directly in front. There are all the amenities nearby. Martin was very accommodating on check-in and check-out times, thank you! I highly recommend this listing in Zadar.

The place was nice, with everything we needed. The bed was good, a nice shower and nice to have an airco! The kitchen had everything we needed. On top of that all was the garden super! Specious, quit en has a nice bbq place! Loved it en most definately would come back!

My stay at Luka's place was very positive! The apartment was great, super clean, very close to the bus station, and had everything we needed, plus small details like some cold drinks in the fridge and family-produced olive oil (incredibly delicious). But I think the best part was being greeted by Luka's dog, Chili 😍 Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed out stay at the apartment. Place was like in the pictures, even the weather was the same. :)

This place is exactly what you are looking for when you go to Croatia. Close to the beach, bakery, restaurant, and at the same time no hustle and bustle. Your host is very kind, helpful, and easy to communicate with. High-quality apartments make an even better impression in person than in the photos. I think I'll be back in the next few years!

Lovely place, we enjoyed the indulgence of the hot tub after a day visiting villages and the national park. The luxury of sitting in the hot water in the evening overlooking the beautiful views. Our stay was peaceful and relaxed, our accommodation had everything we needed, was comfortable and clean.

My family and I stayed with Marijana at the end of September. The place matched the description and was a relaxing experience with the pool. Our hostess was very warm, helpful and even regularly brought us fresh fruit from her garden and helped us with many great tips for the area. Unfortunately, the location of the place is not really central. In the surrounding villages there are small beaches, but you should consider having a car for exploration, as it is very quiet nearby and you have to drive a little further out for more action. Nonetheless, it was a great stay and we say goodbye gratefully from Vrana, Croatia. ❤️

Really enjoyed our week in Zadar and the apartment was ideal. Walkable location to the old town and with plenty of local restaurants and seaside walks. Fabulous pool and outdoor kitchen. Highly recommended.

Matea’s apartment has incredible view of the sea, very clean, shower is amazing & kitchen is fully stocked. Matea is such a lovely person, enjoyed meeting her & she was quick to respond to any inquiry. I couldn’t figure out how to work the washer and she offered immediately to come assist. The area is beautiful and just a few mins drive down the hill to waterfront restaurants & shops. Would love to return here next time I’m in Croatia.

Was everything to the best satisfaction, the most beautiful house in the area and with top landlord. Pool and house very clean. Definitely recommend.

Everything about this property was exceptional. The views from the outdoor terrace and pool were breathtaking, creating an ideal setting for relaxation. Inside the property was spotless & fully equipped with cooking & cleaning facilities of the highest quality. The host Eva was great from start to finish and super responsive with any questions we had about the area, offering us recommendations for things to do and several restaurants which didn’t disappoint! The location is very peaceful and only a short 10-15 minute walk to the downtown where you are spoilt for choice with lovely restaurants, bars and shops. The is also a small grocery store within a 5 minute walk from the property and a supermarket which is just a 5 minute car journey. In summary, i simply cannot fault this property and would most definitely chose to stay here again in the not to distant future!
