Because this house is comfortable, I extended my stay for another week. I'll stay again next time.

We loved our stay in HCMC District 1. The house is down a quiet narrow street with other residences. The main living space on the ground floor was a lot bigger than it looks in the photos and we could comfortably fit all 11 guests for meals. The rooms are spacious and all have their own bathroom ensuite. There is a lady who sells breakfast on the corner of the lane 10m from the front door. She changes the menu every day but is generally a noodle soup of varying flavours. We found them all delicious and seriously cheap ~35k.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The house was super easy to find—just a few steps into a small alley and you’re there. It’s in a local neighborhood, which made it nice and quiet at night, so I slept really well. The place looked just like the photos and had all the basics I needed. The host was lovely and gave me some great tips on where to eat and hang out nearby. It was also easy to get around the city from here. Overall, I was really happy with the experience and would definitely stay again!

Once again I chose this place. It's amazing, the host prepared us a house with lots of greenery. I'm a very demanding client but it's great, they do everything very perfectly, the structure of the house has four very separate floors, always airy and full of freshness. The landlord is friendly and they also send very details on how to check in. Once again I love the host and see the host as a friend. Thank you very much.

This Airbnb was amazing! It was close to everything we needed, making our stay super convenient. The place was impeccably clean and had everything we could possibly need. The interior was beautiful, offering a cozy yet stylish atmosphere. The host was incredibly accommodating, addressing all our concerns promptly. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located stay!

strategy location, reasonable price, overall positive experience

We enjoyed our time at Vi’s place. She was very responsive and friendly. Her instructions were clear and the location is close to most of the places we wanted to visit.

We were a little surprised at first by this small alley and this atypical accommodation different from the others, but also very quickly got used to it. The accommodation was clean, well-equipped and in a good location and communication with the host went well.

Great location and responsive host. Will come back in the future!

during our stay there everything was good. david was very responsive when i asked. when we first arrived we got a different apartment from the one we booked but overall everything was ok so no problem, david is a friendly and helpful person, so overall we are satisfied. thank you david.

Thus was a very hospitable Host, who at the last minute was able to help me as my surgery was delayed, another couple of days. and though I did have to move rooms, I did not have to change hotels which was extremely convenient. She also had the staff wash my clothes, not having a washer on the new room, she made every effort to keep me happy and make my stay perfect it's the little things that mean so much! Thank you Thuý!!

This is the best place if you need to take an early flight. The apartment is spotless and has everything you could possibly need. I highly recommend it!

The best accommodation. Best service. They were so nice and accommodating helped so much with our luggage. We had 15 girls for a bachelorette and it was a little chaotic with so many girls but they helped us so much with their concierge survive. 100/10. Their generosity and staff really made our trip. Very clean and very central location, the host were extremely accommodating and were responsive whenever need be.

I've been to several airbnbs now and I've never been greeted so kindly and got so many suggestions and hints. It was also so clean that I was happy to use the kitchen and could also ask for new things at any time. I was also positively surprised that I was able to do my laundry for free and even got laundry detergent. With the small desk with bright light, I was also able to continue to work perfectly on my private belongings. I would have loved to spend my time there longer. I'd love to come back :)

Manuka was a wonderful host and the apartment is located in a great area, just steps away from wonderful restaurants. The area is brightly lit at night and felt extremely safe. Highly recommend this

A great place to stay

Very comfortable stay with Jakey and Lala. They were always attentive to my needs and were there to help with anything I needed to. Apartment is just like the pictures, with the hot tub being the key element! Not too far from District 1 and very walkable neighborhood. Had a great time and would definitely stay again!

Very nice stay. Very responsive for replies. Easy to get itn with great instructions and ppl to meet us at yeh door. Used one off her drivers to get from airport so knew exactly where to go. Even let us leave our bags in there while we had a late flight. Would highly recommend. Thankyou.

Ling’s place is a clean, quiet, and comfortable place with plenty amenities. The location is great with several coffee shops around. Ling is a great host; very supportive, communicative, responsive and informative.
