We enjoyed our time at Vi’s place. She was very responsive and friendly. Her instructions were clear and the location is close to most of the places we wanted to visit.

Haina's place worked well for our group of 10 relegating the younger members to the higher floors. The 6 rooms were comfortable and the air conditioned space on the first floor is perfect for everyone to congregate before going out. It is an easy short walk down the alley from the road to the building and the neighborhood can't be beat.

Everything was good. You have to walk up and down stairs with a total of 4 floors. It's best for big families.

My fiancé and I stayed here for three nights and were very surprised about the building. It is very new and clean. There are everywhere security guys and only people with a card can come inside the building, so it gave us a very safe feeling. The apartment was very clean and we had everything we needed there. One of the hosts waited for us in front of the building and showed us the apartment. He was very polite and friendly. The building is not located in the center of HCMC so the surrounding is more quiet and you can still get easily into the city with a taxi.

Victor is a very vivid person and helps out with everything. The room is great and has a balcony to chill on. True Saigon home in a small street in the middle of the district. Thank you!

Fu’s place looks just like the pictures of his Airbnb listing! It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. His beddings and pillows were comparable to high quality hotels’. The place is just a short Grab ride to nearby attractions in District 1. The weather was hot and humid so I opted to take a Grab to places instead of walking (Grab is very affordable). There’s a mini mart within a few minutes walk and a spa outside of the building. I enjoyed my head spa and body massage there. Cons: -No luggage storage available (though this is common with Airbnb and not Fu’s fault). If early check in/out isnt available, I would recommend paying for the additional day or getting a massage next door while you wait. - No blackout curtains which made it difficult for me to sleep with the jet lag.

This place is amazing! just like the pictures and description of the apartment. The apartment is presented very clean, its spacious and has a very comfortable home feeling. The hosts are very pro active, friendly, and helpful and no question is too hard. The building has security downstairs and there are some surrounding cafes and stores in walking distance. For other locations it's just a grab or bike away, and it's very cheap to get around, it's hassel free. Next door is La vela hotel with roof top swimming pool, you just buy a ticket if you wish to visit it. It's totally worth it. The apartment is located away also from the hard bussel so you can get a good night's rest. Highly recommend apartment and very helpful hosts! Will definitely book again!

The best accommodation. Best service. They were so nice and accommodating helped so much with our luggage. We had 15 girls for a bachelorette and it was a little chaotic with so many girls but they helped us so much with their concierge survive. 100/10. Their generosity and staff really made our trip. Let's start with the bad: First complaint, the room is facing the main street so you will hear all the honking and the ambulance( IT'S LOUD!!! ). It is not the host fault, that is how Saigon is. So if you like sleeping, do not book this room. Last complaint: Air conditioner sucks, it does not get cold enough. The apartment was clean and the host was responsive. Would I book again? depends, I would for the host other rooms that is not facing the main street. The location is great and safe.
