Monthly Rentals in Biñan

Kei’s place is a great home away from home especially if you appreciate walkability. 5 minute walk away from a major SM mall and 10 mins away from 24-hour convenience stores. Even with its vicinity to the mall, it’s still a private area when you want to retreat from the noise. Easy to go to manila as well since the exit is close, with the exception of rush hour of course. Overall it was worth the money and a good balance of privacy and convenience

Cozy unit and significantly furnished with basic amenities. Convenient location and easy check-in. Host and caretaker were responsive and helpful.

Our second stay with Kathy. Apartment is very comfortable, clean, complete and bed is very comfortable. Location is excellent - literally across from Southwoods Mall. Security team always very nice and friendly. Kathy is on the ball and very responsive to any questions or inquiries. Will surely comeback to this apartment next time we are in the area.
