The hospitality was exceptional — warm, professional, and thoughtful in every detail. We felt truly welcomed and taken care of from the moment we arrived. This place is absolutely beautiful! It was one of the highlights of our trip! I wish i could have stayed another night or so. Train station is about a 15 min walk which is not bad at all. Or you can catch the bus which is easily accessible from the street and train station. The neighborhood is certainly peaceful and the whole town is very nice. It is a typical mountain town but it’s in Switzerland. There are small pubs, restaurants and a CoOP store there but we went out to different cities from this location so we didn’t have to rely on the food there. This is an excellent home, close to the train station which will allow for additional travel. This is the place to book! You will not regret it. Please be aware of the stop you are on when initially getting to the location! if you miss it, it takes a long time ( we went on shoulder season) to get a bus back. Once you get hang of transportation here it is super easy! Book here! book here! book here!

I had an amazing stay at this Simon Flat! The apartment was as described— spacious, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The decor was charming and made me feel right at home, while the stunning views of Lake Thun and the surrounding mountains were the highlight of my trip. The location was perfect, nestled in a quiet area but still conveniently close to local shops, restaurants, and public transport. Exploring Spiez and the nearby areas was a breeze! The host was incredibly kind and attentive, providing clear instructions for check-in and offering helpful tips about things to do in the area. It was clear they cared about ensuring their guests have the best experience possible. I highly recommend this lovely apartment to anyone visiting Spiez—it was a memorable stay, and I can't wait to return!

Wir haben die Wohnung anlässlich einer Familienfeier gemietet – und sie hat wirklich keine Wünsche offen gelassen! Besonders hervorzuheben ist der großzügige Schnitt der Unterkunft, der uns allen ausreichend Platz bot. Die Vermieter, die direkt auf dem Gelände wohnen, waren unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sie haben uns sogar ihren privaten Partyraum sowie die Feuerstelle zur Verfügung gestellt und waren jederzeit hilfsbereit und engagiert, damit unser Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich wurde. Eine durchweg positive Erfahrung – wir kommen gerne wieder!

A nice place for family and groups. Tim and Rim are very responsive and lovely. It’s the first accommodation for us who almost got everything we need! (For free) Would love to come back again!

Logement très bien placée en période d’hiver pour aller skier de superbe paysages visibles depuis la fenêtre hôte hyper flexible sur l’heure d’arrivé à seulement une dizaine de minutes de Chatel- linga le logement nous a été confié impeccable bien aménagé certes un peut petit mais le prix convient largement. Je recommande mille fois les yeux fermés 😁

Le logement était très accessible, propre et avec toutes les commodités à proximité. Nous recommandons ce logement qui est dans une zone calme, mais relativement proche du Lac Léman. L'hôte est très sympatique et permet une arrivée en toute autonomie.
