A wonderful stay! The cabin is beautiful, the location allows you to enjoy the sun all day and in the background the snowy mountains. The interior is furnished with care and taste, every detail appeals to the eye and gives a sense of warmth and home as soon as you enter. Everything was clean, perfect, and we were also lucky enough to use the fireplace! The owners were very kind, they welcomed us with a smile and immediately helped us with luggage. They have recommended what to do in the area and have always made themselves available in any case. Really beautiful people, who love what they do and feel. I'll be back for sure, to be at peace and have a chat

Their care and energy made all the difference. ✨ They live nearby, which gave us a strong sense of comfort — we knew that if anything came up, they’d be there in a heartbeat (even though everything was already flawless!). We were even surprised with sweet personal touches that made us smile deeply. It was like stepping into a Ghibli world: full of charm, serenity, and heart. 💫 We’re so grateful for this experience and can't recommend this place — and these wonderful hosts — enough.

Nick was always responsive to my requests and questions and accommodating, taking into account my arrival time possibilities. The place matches the description in the photos The view of the mountains is stunning whether you are on the terrace or even in some rooms. Linens were sufficient and smelled good.

Great experience, a weekend we'll remember! Very helpful and friendly hosts, we really enjoyed ourselves. The luck of having found a fantastic climate and sunny days allowed us to fully experience the outdoor environment with its colors and sensations. The house is very nice and comfortable, nothing is missing, we really appreciated the passion put into the details of the construction, you can feel the commitment and love for these places. Highly recommended for a getaway from the city routine. Eric was very kind and took the time to explain and show us everything.

Amazing place in the house of Johny and very quiet. And walking near the Neuchatel lake each morning was really a strong link with the nature. We organised good dîners as well in this new living room. And the beds are very good said my 3 children. Thanks Johny for everything And We will come back.

Great chalet near the bus stop to Morzine/Avoriaz. Looks a bit like Soho Farmhouse (iykyk) and was easy to find. Beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed sitting in the living room. The shared hot tub was a treat, perfect for group trip. We would love to stay there again.

We had a wonderful time in Clelia's little cottage. Absolute tranquility, beautiful surroundings, a cozy ambiance, simple furnishings but enough of everything. The contact with Clelia was very pleasant.

The place is wonderful in all aspects. Fortunately, we have tire chains and are experienced with driving on small mountain roads in the winter. So, we could make the 15 minute climb/decent from/to Varzo village. We somehow assumed, and perhaps missed the communication that the cabin is not in Varzo. It is in a very peaceful and beautiful alpine area above Varzo. The Internet did not work, which was a blessing -- as the location beckoned peace and enjoyment of creation, not screens.

Il Picchio is a beautiful chalet. Comfortable beds for 7. Excellent shower. Spacious living room. Francesca is the perfect host: made great suggestions of restaurants, festivals and even a hiking guide! You have to hike Alpe Veglia! Stunning. Lake Orta is a beautiful lake and Orta San Giulio is a gem of a lakeside village. We highly recommend Il Picchio. We will be back!

We had a wonderful time in your home. First and foremost the house itself: so beautiful, soothing, tastefully furnished and very cozy. We felt right at home there and also our children played there for hours. And then that view, I can't imagine this ever getting used to. In addition, it is also a super nice region, every trip we were amazed by the beauty of the region. It was a really successful vacation! We would love to come back here again.

The Airbnb was great, good location (only 3 minutes by car to the gondola), great for ski holidays. Plenty of space and great views of the mountains. The hostess was super nice and accommodating, she showed us around and was always available. It was a very nice short vacation!
