Lovely place very clean , it is a hill up to it if you have anyone elderly just be mindful car park was grand across the road you have to pay between us all it wasn't much and it's free in the evening till morning , everything was in the house hair dryers etc and everything is spotless great hosts

Williams place is amazing, it is located in the centre of Polruan with views across to Fowey. The private patio area which is accessed via sliding doors from the lounge is a great place to chill out and watch the boats coming and going. The passenger ferry a short walk away allows you to explore Fowey. The only down side is the vehicle access, if you have a large amount of luggage I recommend driving down into Polruan and trying to park just prior to the harbour entrance to unload, then parking in the public car park at the top of the hill. I would definitely come back again.

The photos don't do this property justice, spotlessly clean, ample space for 2, everything you could need and more, and a view to die for. Village itself is a bit lacking in facilities although 2 excellent pub/restaurants and the beach are less than 5 minutes walk away. If you're looking for peace and quiet but a base to explore other nearby towns and attractions then you'll find this hard to beat. Excellent communication from James & Rebecca from rhe initial enquiry to providing accurate directions for finding the property. We would have no hesitation in booking this again in the future.
