Een knus en sfeervol appartement voorzien van alle luxe en romantisch slapen op de vide maakt het bijzonder en uniek. Op een toplocatie gelegen dichtbij de watertoren zodat je nooit kunt verdwalen :-) Wandelen en fietsen in de duinen op nog geen 8 minuten afstand, een absolute aanrader. Racefan? Het Formule1 circuit ligt op 1,9 km , ruim kwartiertje lopen. Maar ook de gezellige winkelstraat ligt om de hoek.

Nice, new and private. A fully equipped ground-floor studio in a 150 year old riverside house. It has everything to make your stay comfortable. Nice living with a view on the Spaarne River, lovely boxspring bed, and a large bathroom with a rain shower. It's a 15-minute walk along the river to the city center, and you can do it in 5 minutes by bikes we provide. 20 min to Amsterdam by bus or train, 20 min to the beach bus/train, bike 30 min. It is 40 minutes from the airport.

Cozy basement in the bulb region, private entrance.

In the middle of the bulb region, close to the train station, you can stay in our cozy basement with private access and parking. You can relax here! There are drinks in the fridge and a bottle of wine ready for you. There are many possibilities for cycling or hiking among the deer. The cities of Haarlem (10 min.), Leiden (12 min.) and Amsterdam (31 min.) are easily accessible by train. On request, I will be happy to prepare breakfast for you. (€30 for 2 people)

The studio is located in the quiet Zandvoort south, a 5-minute walk from the beach and dunes. Our guests greatly appreciate the perfect location. The studio was completely renovated in 2023 and has been given a different layout. The comfortable bathroom separates the living area from the sleeping area, which offers more privacy. The Pine Tree House is een nieuwe luxe boutique suite gelegen in de mooie groene buurt van Zandvoort met gratis private parking bij de accomotatie. The beach house located in our backyard can be entered via a private entrance, suitable for 2 people who love the beach and dunes. The train station is a 1-minute walk away and is the starting point for many fun day trips. (Haarlem 10 minutes, and Amsterdam 30 minutes.) There is a free parking space available. Pets are not allowed.
