Communication with Mrs. Ninfa and her husband were excellent, there was a situation and they immediately went to take care of it; they also got us some things we needed. We had 2 cars and the parking is on the street, however it is a very safe area. The kids really enjoyed the pool. Thank you very much for your kindness.

i recommend the house, because what we liked the most is the security in the fractionation, which the host was from a day before, during and afterwards very attentive to us and our needs. The house is comfortable, comfortable, it has everything you need from glasses, cups and pans, to washing machine, iron and parking. in conclusion we would be back with my whole family on site.

The house is excellent, Mrs. Ania is always super friendly, attentive at all times, the bathrooms are impeccably clean, a shopping mall nearby, in general, everything was excellent, thank you and of course I would stay in that house again 🤗

Very good air bnb , shocking last minute stay

Honestly, it's one of the best places we've ever been to. The apartment is beautiful, very fresh, very cozy, and it's very complete in terms of kitchen utensils and everything. Super comfortable beds :) Whenever you enter, it has a peculiar smell but it is delicious, the rooms also have it. The decor is super nice (you can see the effort they made and continue to make every day). Communication is super fast, at all times they are attentive to you and anything you need, they give you the instructions super well and everything is very pleasant. It's very close to everything, squares, super, and very close to the beach too. It's definitely a place we'll be back to soon. Thank you for everything :))

Veronica was so very responsive and supportive on all levels. Place extremely clean and simple elegance. Loved the patio. Staff from gated entrance to building entry so kind and helpful. Would gladly return.

I can't say enough how much I enjoy staying at Gerardo's. He's always friendly and helpful. The apartment is absolutely wonderful and comfortable. it just has a really great vibe. This was my third stay at the tropical jungle Oasis. The location is wonderful there are so many things close by the neighborhood is safe and the whole apartment complex is absolutely charming. As for the price, you can't beat it. I feel like I got way more than I paid for. I will definitely stay again the next time I return to Cancun.

Booked Luis’s place day of for a last minute stay and he was super accommodating. Comfortable accommodation for one night with all the needed amenities. Also quite a few restaurants and shops nearby. We arrived late at night and the place was a bit hard to find but Luis gives very detailed instructions which are helpful. Overall would recommend!

Magali and her father were very welcoming and helpful. They respond quickly to our questions. We enjoyed the spring water at will so no need to go and buy it every day. However, this place overlooks Del-Nino beach and is a gathering place for people so a little noisy until the early hours of the morning. The condo is comfortable but a little old-fashioned. I recommend this condo. The hosts are very kind and helpful. Magali took care of our departure to the airport.

I liked the apartment, it had everything you need. Very good location, very central.. and the area was very quiet.

As a traveler that has been to Cancun many times, the apartment is a great lunch pad to explore Cancun, close to the airport and about 20 min from “zona hotelera”. I definitely recommend Louis’s apartment to other Airbnb guest.
