Place was nice, easy to find and easy to get to from the airport, we drove ourselves and we had private parking, big enough for two cars, Miguel was fast to reply and we will use this place for our next trip

The place was spacious and clean. The home was well equipped. The location was not far by taxi from the main attractions. The host always resolved questions very kindly and quickly.

i recommend the house, because what we liked the most is the security in the fractionation, which the host was from a day before, during and afterwards very attentive to us and our needs. The house is comfortable, comfortable, it has everything you need from glasses, cups and pans, to washing machine, iron and parking. in conclusion we would be back with my whole family on site.

We felt very comfortable in the place. Caribe is super attentive and kind. The subdivision is very quiet and felt safe. The pool, despite being communal, had few people the times we visited it. A few minutes away there is an Oxxo, Chedraui, and Walmart to stock up on the necessary supplies. We would definitely rent it again. :)

Marcela Patricia was kind enough to let us check-in early. Check-in was very easy. She was very responsive to inquiries. The water pressure of the showers was not the best, but it still got the job done. We still loved this place and would rebook it in the future.

Nice stay if you are traveling to Cancun with friends or family, it is the right selection, mike is always ready and pending, I highly recommend it.

The house is excellent, Mrs. Ania is always super friendly, attentive at all times, the bathrooms are impeccably clean, a shopping mall nearby, in general, everything was excellent, thank you and of course I would stay in that house again 🤗

The place is well located! Everything is walkable, there is a grocery store nearby, pharmacy and everything you need. You can cook easily, do some laundry and enjoy the sun by the pool. The beach and the hotel zone are like 20 minutes away by car. For all the men out there; there is a wonderful barbershop in the little shopping center called El Taller! Just give it a try!! If you like street food, you will be pleased at night! The best Al Pastor is at Taqueria El Paisa! Thank you for having our family!

The condo / apartment is close to the airport and 15 minute Uber ride to the "hotel zone". There are many amenities near by within walking distance. The location is very safe and welcoming. The apartment it self is cozy and spacious. The AC and Fans work very well. Luisa is very responsive.

Above everything else, Angel is a excellent host who really communicates so well and cares about your time and experience you have at his home! The apartment is perfect for everything you need and location is close enough to most popular things in the hotel zone, even by walking through the former golf course as a short cut. Wish I had more time to craft a review befitting of Leon's awesome place. We spent a month there and it was just lovely. My favorite part of the house were the brick dome ceilings. unique and beautiful. If / when we go back to Cancun I'll be trying to stay here. Before I got there I couldn't figure out how the house could sleep 9 people, but it totally can. The main house has one large ensuite bedroom and two other large rooms with lots of comfortable loung-y furniture that could easily sleep 6 people. Then there are two separate apartments with their own ensuite bathrooms. You access these two apartments through the beautiful central courtyard that connects the main house and apartments. Of note, the main house has a second full bathroom that visitors or other guests can use. Location. The house was close to restaurants, the gym, the main mall (Plazas Americas), large grocery stores like Walmart and Chedraui, and a lab - random but super convenient when I got sick. Most things are walkable and taxis are easy to flag. You will be in real neighborhood with a park just up the street. There was a Taco stand just up the block so it was easy to get a breakfast taco if we wanted. We were in town for personal reasons that didn't involve going back and forth to the beach, so I can't comment on that. Speaking of real neighborhoods, there was some kind of club or bar that played music at night. It was noticeable but not loud. I'm a light-ish sleeper and was able to sleep just fine. Responsiveness. There were a few small issues that came up during our stay but Leon was SUPER responsive and got things fixed immediately. For example the water in Cancun is really hard and crystallized in one of the shower heads so the pressure got weak. Leon came right over and fixed it. Same for the washing machine. He had someone come in the next morning and when they couldn't fix it, he took our laundry to a professional laundering service and covered the cost. I could say more but I think you get the gist. I loved it and would stay again.

Great home in a nice area of cancun. many shops within walking distance, and a short drive or Uber to the hotel district and beaches. we stayed in two houses on the street for a family reunion and we loved our time there.

We stayed at Margot’s place in the lead up to Christmas. It was a great location with off street parking, quite a big place with nice comfy beds, great washing machine and dryer and access to a beautiful pool. There was also a Christmas market happening nightly within walking distance, which my kids really enjoyed. Thanks for having us.

We had such a wonderful stay at Gabriela’s casita. The house is larger than the photos suggest and is perfect for two people. The outdoor spaces are amazing and the location is close to public transit and a few food options. Gabriela is a warm and lovely host and I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay outside of the busy commercial area to relax.
