Fabulous cottage with an excellent dog friendly garden. Very peaceful, a marvellous escape from the outside world! Thatch cottage is very comfortable, great beds and bedding and a super well equipped kitchen. Lots to do nearby and a very helpful guide provided by Liz.

Lovely place with everything you could need for a short or longer stay. Very easy to find and great contact from Mossy & Colin. Nothing is too much to ask and they live on site if you need them but you feel like you have the place to yourself. It felt more like staying with family rather than a rental so will definitely be heading back. Lovely seating area outside, wild bird life in garden and not far from coast or Broads to explore. The shower looked smaller in the pictures but is a good size with lots of headroom if you need it. Nice relaxing place for a break annd easily accessible to the best Norfolk has to offer.

Came away for a surprise for my partners birthday. Em was a great host and answered any questions promptly. On arrival (use Apple Maps not Google) we checked in easily, there was milk in fridge and tea/coffee and some welcome home made treats for us after our journey, which were lovely. All the instructions for the barn were there for us to read. The kingsize daybed was comfy and easy to pull out. Pool table and projector were great too. Lots of interesting books and some good DVDs too. Loved the decor and nice little touches, like the little wild flower bottles dotted around. Spent a couple of eves playing pool and listening to music/watching videos on Spotify via the chrome cast. Also used the fire pit, it was lovely sitting out in the garden with a glass of wine round the fire. Shower was nice and hot, a little low/small for my partner as he’s 6ft 5, but manageable. It’s a really lovely place to go for a chilled break, with Norwich and the coast a short drive away. Will defo return?

Well another 5 Star stay at Pheasant Cottage! It's the 4th time we have stayed here and we love it. Marta is always ready to answer any questions you have so do ask her, She is very quick to reply. We used Pheasant cottage as a base to explore Norfolk more widely this year we managed to see Sutton Hoo it was on the bucket list. We also visited Cromer, Reedham( book an afternoon tea at the Post Office tea room find on FB) Sheringham and Horsey Wind Pump(NT). Pheasant Cottage is a home from home and beautifully relaxing after a busy day. Always plenty of hot water for a super shower and the bed is soooo comfy! If you find the Peacocks a little noisy check out the bedside drawers- ear plugs provided a great thoughtful addition to your stay. We're use to them now so they don't bother us.Plenty of boat trips at Wroxham and don't forget to visit Roy's store too .
