Monthly Rentals in Beer

Fantastic house in an ideal spot!!, just a short walk from the village and beach, homely feel and everything we needed. Steve was amazingly helpful and a great guy. Highly recommend!!

I'm fairly new to Airbnb but Lydia's apartment was the best we've stayed in. Beautifully and tastefully presented, well stocked with kitchen equipment and crisp bedlinen. All spotlessly clean. There was plenty of information about the local area and there was even a gift voucher to use in the local store and some treats to eat after dinner. There was a dedicated parking space which was also a bonus. Check in was via a lockbox, so very easy and communications always prompt and informative. Beer is very attractive with 3 pubs, cafes and restaurants and a small beach. We are glad we chose it over Seaton.

Beer is certainly worth a visit, a beautiful village on the coast with stunning scenery in all directions. Nikki and Chris's cottage is comfortable, welcoming and convenient for the area with private off-street parking. Communication was excellent throughout with local tips and knowledge. Would certainly recommend their property.

We've stayed at Beer Head in the past, but this was by the fair the loveliest place we've had the pleasure of staying in. The location, right at the top of the park, is second to none. So peaceful and the walk up the hill is worth it for the stunning views. The caravan was as described and you can tell it's a loved family home. Everything we needed and more, with additional fleece blankets for chillier evenings and comfy bed. Becky sent clear instructions if you're not familiar with the park. Fantastic walks from the caravan, you needn't take your car out if you don't want to. Branscombe and Seaton were our go to for daily walks and we drove further (25 mins) to Lyme Regis (but get there early for parking in Summer months). We've already decided we want to return next Summer if possible. Thankyou Becky for a wonderful stay xx
