The studio is set up with a luxurious queen sized bed with a pillow top mattress, a sofa bed lounge, kitchenette with stove top, dining table, fridge and microwave. the studio is primarily set up for 2 guests but has the capacity for 4 guests. There is a sofa bed available to use as well as the queen sized bed. Guests have access to entire studio apartment and a single parking space out the front. Guests can access the apartment via a locked key safe. Owner to provide details upon booking. We have a key safe to let your self in but am available for any help needed Seacliff Beach is renowned for activities such as stand-up paddle boarding, kayaking, windsurfing, jet skiing, and fishing. The famous Marion Coastal Boardwalk begins on the doorstep for a walk with breathtaking views. The apartment is walking distance to local trains and buses, that can take you into the CBD, to Jetty road Glenelg and Westfield Marion shopping centre. Local supermarkets, cafes and restaurants are within walking distance Our beach is wonderful for swimming, windsurfing ,kayaking , fishing and you can hire a standup paddle board right across the road

Thanks so much for our stay. The house was perfect for our family getaway. Very well equip and all amenities as described plus the little touches that mean a lot, like fresh farm eggs in the fridge on arrival. We had a great stay at Kylee's place. Perfectly set up for 2 families and the enclosed garden was perfect the dogs. The outside deck with bbq and tv were amazing and the fireplace heated the whole house perfectly. We also loved the short walk to the beach and what an amazing beach it is. This was my second stay at Miranda’s place and it’s officially my favourite beach getaway spot. Everything was just as lovely as I remembered: clean, calm, and so thoughtfully set up. You can tell a lot of care goes into the space, and it has that perfect mix of comfort and style. The location is amazing too, just a short stroll to the beach. Can’t wait to come back again.
