We have preserved the old buildings: the apartment building and the barn was reborn as a modern, comfortable, clean guest house. Living room with a sofa bed that can be opened, where +1 person can fit comfortably. Reading corner, kitchen, dining table. Large double bedroom, modern bathroom. Due to its unique location in the forest, it is our most visited cottage, delighting even the most discerning guest. This wooden house on stilts is an adult observatory that has spared no expense. It has everything that large cottages have. Entering the cottage will enchant you with the scent of spruce, while you will find it hard to resist the view that opens a new dimension of the forest.

The holiday house 'Franc Holiday House' is located in a quiet street in Lopatinec (Međimurje). The house has a private wellness area with a hydromassage bath, a sauna and a starry sky. Guests have access to a spacious terrace with an outdoor kitchen and barbecue. Owners of electric cars can charge their vehicle for free at the charger located next to the house. All rooms in the house are equipped with air conditioning for cooling and heating as well as underfloor heating. Parking is free.

Bán house in Barabásszeg

The Bán family were nobles who determined the everyday life of Barabásszeg and Zala counties for centuries. The family left the house and the village and no one even remembered that its painted ceiling, spacious interior, old furniture, cellar and huge garden were the miracle itself. The deer are used to it, and the walnut, pear and plum trees are burial grounds for them. The renovation has preserved everything possible, we are also at peace with the deer and share the garden.
