Vacation rentals with a patio in Beavercreek

Appreciated the great communication! Heather was helpful and accommodating! No huge ‘host fee’ like some places! My son said everything was clean, looked like the pics, and was perfect for his 2 night stay while working in the area. Also said parking was easy!

James' place is amazing! There's lots of room in the apartment and it was perfectly clean and tidy when i arrived. The location is perfect, right in the middle of the Oregon district with peaceful streets all around and there were always a few parking spaces free on the street outside the apartment. James was always responsive and polite which helped my stay go smoothly. I definitely recommend this Airbnb when staying in Dayton.

All I got to say is feels like a home as soon as you get in and loved every second of it hope I get to go back and stay there again

Such a cute and homelike rental. It had everything I needed. The kitchen is gorgeous and the bed is so comfy. Michael was responsive when I had a question. Great place and I already have it rented again later in the year!

My husband and I loved this cute little hideaway! It was very clean and had a welcoming charm. It was perfect for a weekend get away with our fur babies.

We were visiting family in Cedarville and Grace's apartment met our needs perfectly. It was such a convenient location, and a lovely place to stay. Grace was extremely accommodating with our schedule, and we are looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommended.

We had a great long term stay at Jennifers. The place was comfortable and the hosts were responsive and friendly. The location is great for traveling the surrounding areas.

We were just in town for a graduation at Ohio State but Maria's house felt like home for us. Very comfortable, spacious and all the amenities we needed. We slept very well in the many beds the home offered. We have a lot of family in Ohio so plan to use Maria's house again when we return this summer.

Open and roomy with accurate photos and description. The simple , minimalist design supports the open feel. Roomy fenced back yard for your furry family. We were able to cook and eat a family dinner. I would have preferred a larger dining table, but I knew exactly what I was getting based on the description and photos. I chose the large yard, three bedrooms, 2 baths, and open feel rather than a tight, small space with a large table plus allowance of our pet. Scott is responsive and gracious.

Great place to stay while competing at WEC. Awesome coffee selection, comfortable, clean & and close by. Would definitely stay here again.

Tamara was a great host. The home is beautiful and is kept very clean. Everything is available for cooking, but delivery is fast and convenient too. The instructions were easy to follow and helpful. I would definitely recommend and will stay there again if my travels take me to Dayton.

Group coming into town for a horse show at WEC, Renee's home was exactly as advertised! It was incredibly clean, well appointed and very comfortable. Showers had plenty of hot water to take care of 4 horse people after a long day at the show, great towels (and lots of them) provided, beds and sheets were comfy and soft, lots of pillow options too. Loved staying here and would come back again!!

Carol was a quick text away to answer any questions. Her home was spacious and very clean. she provided everything we needed for a wonderful Easter weekend. My family and I were very pleased with our stay.
