It's not just a stay, it'san experience. The staff was really helpful and the stay was well organised.

Mount Happy, indeed! Ankit’s place is in a really peaceful part of Hallan valley. The house has unobstructed views of the mountains! You can just laze around in the garden watching the mountains throughout the day. The house is also bathed in sunlight through the day. The house is equipped with technology, right from bed warmers to heaters to geysers to a fully equipped kitchen. The house has a library which is pretty well stocked. The house also has a small garden which results in the freshest of veggies for your salads. Ankit is a very hospitable host and went out of his way to ensure our comfort on multiple occasions. He was kind enough to even bake me some bread for my further travels. Sunita di (the caretaker) is a gem of a person and is always around to help. Definitely give her aloo parathas a try. A special mention to Bella and Brownie (the resident dogs) who are too damn friendly! So glad I came across this listing, and this definitely won’t be my last visit to this place!

We booked the entire place for a corporate retreat and couldn't have been happier with our stay. Suman and the other didi are great hosts, cook great food and extremely polite. They definitely play the part of being professional hosts but still bring warmth. Location couldn't have been better - we spent the entire night star gazing watching shooting stars and satellites. The only thing worth mentioning is that not all rooms have a door for the bathroom - some just have a curtain. It didn't matter to us but please ase check and book accordingly.

we have stayed for 2 nights and it was avery pleasant stay surrounded by lush green trees and u can clearly see snow covered mountains from this stay Uncle is very responsive and friendly they have a Little kitchen garden outside and flower plants.property is beautiful and homely it has 3 rooms and kitchen and 2 washrooms this place is little away from dharmashala but it's worth staying there if you have your own vehicle

Bhaveek been a great host and was very caring. During our stay, Manali was badly hit by flood and heavy rains but still staff managed to take good care of us within limited available resources. The property location is excellent and I will rank it as a 5 star property. We booked compete villa of 8 bed rooms and we had a great time. This property is in nature and around greenery but still close to Mall road and old Manaali ( just 20 minutes walk). Looking forward to have another stay during winter or next summer . A nice apartment equipped with all the necessary furniture and kitchen accessories. The space is neat, clean, and offers a pleasant view. The caretaker is attentive and helpful, which added to the comfort of the stay. Overall, I would definitely recommend this apartment.

it's a nice and clean place . caretaker is prompt and helpful. very close to Zoo you can even listen tiger roar . you can also watch snow clad mountains . parking is available with drivers room

Amazing place! We really enjoyed the warm hospitality and cozy Villa of Darshan. As a group of 10 friends, it had all the facilities we wished for. In the cold of January, he made sure that we had bonfires of both the nights as well as heaters which are of good quality. I would highly recommend groups of 10-12 people for this Airbnb.

We stayed at Inder and Sonia's Paradise for 2 nights, and it was a lovely stay. The place is accurately described and offers a sense of tranquility and peace. Shimla is only 40 minutes away for anyone looking to visit that side, but overall this place is great to reconnect with nature, listen to good music, read books, or simply relax. The caretakers, Renu and her husband, were phenomenal and catered to our every need with a smile and enthusiasm. I highly recommend staying here for those seeking peace and great food!

Best behaviour of the owner and good food just like home

A peaceful and homely stay with stunning views! The rooms are clean, food is fresh and homemade, and the hosts—Rajesh ji and his wife—treat you like family. They even arranged cabs and gifted a lovely souvenir. Highly recommended for a quiet, comfortable stay at a reasonable price.

The place was as described. Interiors had interesting nooks and was quite comfortable. Approach to the place has a slight complication with the big car to small car switch, but enough advice and support was provided to overcome it. Neighbourhood’s alright, just make sure you are good to walk up inclines and flights of stairs if you are exploring it on foot (we had elderly folks with us, they struggled a fair bit). Of course, what made the place stand out was Kaushal and his Team of Kapil and Raju. Very accommodating and friendly, and quick to help resolve a query or requirement. Even the people they recommend to you (cab drivers and such) were extremely kind and helpful, which just goes to show that they do care about your experience beyond their villa. Overall a very satisfying stay, and would be happy to recommend Forktail to others.
