Whitney’s place was the perfect place for our family of 3 for MLK weekend. This place is so spacious and well laid out. The decor is spot on— it’s incredibly homey and whimsical. Our son loved the animal themed bedrooms. The kitchen is extremely well appointed, complete with tons of pots and pans, coffee and a full cabinet of spices to cook with. One of the best parts about this place is the location. Being on the opposite side of Conway makes getting to Attitash to ski extremely easy. The pond is also really beautiful and the area is very quiet. Whitney was extremely communicative and responded very quickly to any questions we had. We are looking forward to our next visit soon!

A great place for a small family. We stayed here for Memorial Day weekend with an infant and a small dog. The size was perfect. You can fit more people here easily as well. The kitchen was nice, all the appliances were new, but the dishwasher didn’t seem to clean the dishes very well, so we mostly hand washed everything. The water pressure and temperature was great. The lights are warm/dim, which makes it cozy, but not as great for cooking in the kitchen. We used the high chair and they also had a pack ‘ n’ play too. The neighborhood was good for walking with the dog and baby, not many cars driving by. 2 bathrooms were a luxury, and the washer and dryer was a major plus. The outdoor deck/porches were covered in pollen, so we didn’t use them, but there’s nothing anyone can do this time of year in the woods. Overall a great stay, we would certainly come back here :)

Great place to stay with a great host. Near everything you need for your visit to the area.

My husband and I stayed with our 2 small dogs. We loved the fenced in yard. The house was quiet and peaceful. It was very clean and the kitchen & bathroom were well stocked with everything you would need. They left us a great welcome basket with a bottle of wine and treats for us and the pups. The hosts are very responsive and even offered a suggestion for dinner when we were looking for BBQ. I would highly recommend a stay at The Lazy Bear Cottage!
