This one room studio (no separate bedroom/kitch)in the Edwin B Forsythe National Wildlife Refuge and is a bird watchers paradise with 366 species of birds observed and documented here.Look up Edwin B Forsythe and you will see info on the visitor center with walking trails.) Steps to a private dock for crabbing, fishing or your water toys. Tranquility abounds but close to AC, Brigantine, Historic Port Republic & Smithville Village! This is a fisherman’s wharf clean and comfortable. Not fancy.

Gas grills, outside shower, and picnic tables are in shared community area. Pool is fully open June 14th to September 1st. Please read pool rules. This perfect beach getaway with all that LBI has to offer. Located in the heart of Beach Haven, close to activies, shops, restaurants and bars. Walk to everything. Near the bay with beautiful sunset and a short walk to the beach. Cozy and clean just enough to allow for only two adult guests in total to comfortably occupy the condo. Check-in and checkout on Mondays or Thursdays during July to August.
