Lots for the kids to do and a nice big space quick responses and excellent communicators we have 12 teenagers and 4 adults - somehow we managed with only 2 bathrooms!!!

Valerie was very hospitable and responsive host. I arrived a little after my reservation time and she made sure I had everything I needed to have one of the best stays inTampa by far. The home is beautiful and very close to the mall and lot of good restaurants. 10/10 would recommend you check out her spots if you’re looking for a great stay in that area!

The area sustained 2 Hurricanes in the previous 3 months. The home was in surprisingly good shape. The home was well furnished throughout and pleasantly decorated. The exterior of the home needs some work, but did not affect our stay. The area is awash with no-see-ums. We all were constantly getting bit despite bug spray. There are 4 good double kayaks, paddles and life vests. There were not back rests for all 8 pisitions. The back rests that were present were not very good. There is room on the property for a sizeable camper with hookup (main reason we chose this spot). Weeki Watchee State park is near by. We spent probably close to 10 hours over 4 days (all combined during our 7 day stay) and only saw Manatees on one day. All in all, we had a really nice time. I honestly don't know if we'd stay in this immediate area again (mostly do to the no see ums). The hosts are very pleasant and responsive.

Christopher is an amazing host who goes above and beyond for his guests. He is very responsive, easy to talk to and cares about his guests comfort and well being while there. This was my second time staying with Christopher and we will be back in the coming months to enjoy his home again. The house is well equipped, very clean and just has that comfortable feel to it, feels like home as soon as you step inside, with a spacious yard for the fur babies to play as well. Since our last stay the garage was converted into a game room which was great and kept us busy with many friendly competitions during our stay!! Perfect place to just hang out and have fun. I highly recommend him and his homes to all my family and friends. Thanks again Christopher for allowing our family to enjoy your little slice of paradise!!

Conny is a friendly, caring host. She tried to think of all the little things to make our trip easier. She personally greeted us at the home to give us the key and left us with a bottle of wine, spaghetti, and sauce in case we needed something for dinner the first night. The home was very clean and beautifully decorated for the Christmas holiday, including a tabletop Christmas tree. There was even a needle and thread available when I thought I was going to have to buy thread to repair a loose seam. Conny also personally stopped as we were leaving to collect the house key and see how our stay was. I would rent from Conny again!

Jason was an absolutely wonderful host and so accommodating. We had several travel issues and needed to find a place last minute, and Jason was super responsive and helped get our vacation back on track. He's super helpful and his home is absolutely gorgeous and close to so many things. An amazing place to stay and relax. So glad we found his home, it truly saved our vacation.

We had the best time at The Pickett Fence!! This was the first airbnb that I actually felt safe and relaxed in. Jason is a wonderful host and gave a perfect tour of the house when we arrived. There was everything we needed and more here! Next time I stay I can pack much lighter 😉.

The house is clean and private. Nice patio and pool. Dishwasher is good. Rooms are good. The master toilet is little tight to straighten the legs. Hosts are responsive and helpful. House size is kinda small for the high pricing. Maybe it is due to the demand and the hurricane. Overall rating should be 4.5-4.8.

Host is friendly and proactive. The house is beautiful, lots of spaces, everything needed included to feel right at home. Definitely recommend for everyone.

Vito allowed us to check in early, which was great since we had to check out of our resort at 11am in Kissimmee then drive an hour and a half to Largo. The home was very easy to find and check in. Once we entered the home we could feel the love Vito puts into welcoming his guests. He truly went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The snacks and waters were such a sweet touch. The kids, and Grandma, lol, enjoyed playing pac man. We all appreciated the big TV’s not only in the living room, but also bedrooms: an amenity we take for granted at home, but had to do without at other Airbnbs and hated it, so we are truly grateful Vito has them in his home. The home really had everything we needed. We enjoyed our peace there after five days at the very busy Disney parks. Thanks again Vito. We look forward to coming again.
