Beautiful villa near the beach in the Roche, Conil (Cadiz) We rent all year round (for fortnights in July and August) and can accommodate up to 8 people. There is WiFi Internet and Netflix Plus, 2 smart TVs, one 70'' screen. The house, 150 m2 (200 including terraces) and 600 m2 of garden, is a typical Andalusian tile construction totally and perfectly equipped and decorated with style, for maximum comfort and enjoyment. It is only 50 meters from the beach. So close that you can go barefoot.

325 m2 plot and 30m2 house, suitable for 4 people (1 bedroom with a 1.50 bed and a large sofa bed). Harmony in nature, quiet area, access to the city and the highway less than 5 minutes away with all kinds of services (gas stations, supermarkets, pharmacies, and close to La Barrosa beach (8.3 km). It has a 6x3 swimming pool, a barbecue with a picnic area, a porch, a TV in the living room and bedroom (air conditioning in both). Ideal for relaxing and enjoying.
