We have a floating dock in our backyard and there's a public boat ramp within eyeshot. You can tie up your boat, jet ski, or kayak to the floating dock. We are close to great restaurants and beautiful beaches. You can enjoy a lovely view of the bayou from your living space or in the outdoor seating area.

The unit has 1 bedroom with a queen bed, 1 bathroom, and two built in bunks. Access to the bathroom is inside the bedroom. It also has a small kitchen open to the living area. There is a gas grill, table, umbrella, and lounge chairs for your enjoyment in the enclosed courtyard. You may run into me outside gardening and such. *NOT BEACHFRONT!
