Monthly Rentals in Bay City

Would reccomend staying here if you're a student doing rotations at any nearby hospitals! The location is conveniently located less than 20 minutes away from Covenant in a safe neighborhood. Josie greeted me at check in and toured the apartment with me. It had almost all of the amenities you need for a long term stay, which made moving in and out super easy. She was always accecssible via text, but I had a pleasant stay without any issues!

loved the stay, great place. hot tub awesome, backyard with fire pit great. has a gas grill. couldn't ask for more.

Cindy’s place was great and she was very accommodating as we were towing a trailer. She made sure to have a place for us to park and greeted us when we arrived. Very convenient location at a fair and reasonable price. I will stay again without hesitation.

The space was adorable. Clean. Kitchen was very nice, well equipped. But no wine glasses. Very comfortable.
