The location was perfect, close to both the city center and bus station. The room is very small, but still has a functioning table, refrigerator and kettle, it's a great place to base yourself for a short stay.

My stay at this historical gem in Gyumri was enchanting! Tucked away in a quiet, peaceful corner of the city, right next to a beautiful Russian Orthodox church, the apartment offered a serene escape while being incredibly convenient. I loved that it was a pleasant ten-minute walk to the bustling city center and the Shirak region stadium. The Mother Armenia statue and the intriguing Black Castle were also easily accessible with a leisurely fifteen-minute stroll. For daily necessities, having two neighborhood grocery shops so close by was a fantastic bonus. Inside, the apartment was a delightful surprise – impeccably clean and thoughtfully modernized while still retaining the charm of its historical structure. Our hosts were incredibly polite and always quick to respond to any questions we had. Their warmth and attentiveness truly enhanced our experience. Hands down, this has been one of the best AirBnB experiences of my life. Molto Grazie!

Overall, It was a great experience for us. The location was good. it was safe. and price was reasonable. The house was between city center and black fortress and Mother Armenia monument. Restaurants and cafes are in 15 mins walking. Super markets are 10 mins away. and you can always find a taxi for a good price if you need to go somewhere by car. we also faced 2 problems when we arrived at the house. It was too cold for us and although the heating was listed, the owner did not provide us with heating. next problem was the internet connection (wifi). it was not stable and we could not connect at all for some hours in everyday. so, we had to manage both of these problems by ourselves. other than these 2 issues, everything was great, and because of the good price and the location, we decided to stay there for a long period.
