On the ground floor, at the back of our house, the "chalet": a double bed, a mezzanine (child from 4 to 10 years old), a kitchen area, a bathroom, a toilet. At the bottom of the garden, the "Once Upon a Time hut": a double bed. You sleep in the "chalet" and have amenities in the same place, and/or in the "cabin" and have to cross the garden to have amenities. We can accommodate from 1 to 5 people max. 1 car or 3 motorcycles max can be parked in the secure courtyard, car gate.

Studio calme et chaleureux, entièrement refait et aménagé, situé à l'arrière de ma maison, en bordure de jardin. Parking gratuit à proximité du logement. A proximité : Gare de Bauvin - Provin : 10 minutes à pieds, 2 minutes en voiture. Douvrin (Usine ACC) est à 15 minutes en voiture et Lens est à 20 minutes. Lille : 20 minutes en train, 30 minutes en voiture. Pour les balades au vert, l'étang de pêche de Bauvin et les bords de la Deûle sont à 10 minutes à pied.

We welcome you to our 2 accommodations in a quiet area surrounded by greenery, but very close to major cities, Lille 20 minutes, Lens 25 minutes, Arras 30 minutes. The building is independent of our house. On the ground floor are the living room, toilet and kitchen and upstairs the bedroom with bathroom. Breakfast option is possible at €10 per person. We are 3 km from the Phalempin forest. For work, the highway is 7 minutes away. I look forward to welcoming you😁.
