We had a great stay over New Year's Eve at the property. The location is fantastic if you love peace and nature. The sunrises and sunsets were stunning. The view from the living room/kitchen directly on the water for watching the birds was simply fantastic. Bratislava and the Danubiana Art Museum can also be reached in a short time by car. Lea was a great host, the place great. We'll be back.

We stayed with four adults in this cozy & well-equipped apartment. The apartment is perfectly located, with a bakery directly in the neighboring house, the tram right outside the door & several supermarkets in the immediate vicinity. By public transport, you can quickly get to the city center & also at Schönbrunn Palace. Communication with Siegfried was also very straightforward & they responded very quickly. We highly recommend this property and we had a great experience. The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful and the apartment is in a great location, extremely closed to public transports which make travelling around Vienna an extremely pleasurable experience. The apartment is extremely clean, luminous and very well equipped and with a very comfortable bed. Very detailed information supplied on how to reach and access the apartment. We asked for suggestions where to eat away from tourists and we were given very sound advice. We cannot thank our host enough for having made our visit in Vienna very pleasurable and cannot recommend them enough for their very welcoming attitude. 10/10

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful blue house that looks like it came straight out of a Moomin story. The home is spacious, full of charm, and has been carefully restored with great respect for the local character and history. We stayed there with four children under the age of 4, and not once did anyone get bored. There’s a lovely garden, a barbecue area, and plenty of space both indoors and outdoors. The host was incredibly helpful and kind, always ready to assist. The surrounding area is absolutely stunning — you can buy fresh eggs from one neighbor and delicious apple juice from another. Just two minutes away is a cozy winery with excellent food and unbelievably affordable local wine. It’s a perfect base for exploring both Austria and the Czech Republic, with plenty of attractions nearby. We highly, highly recommend this place!

Our stay was better than expected. The place has everything you need - we were even greeted with a sweet Easter greeting. Armin was always very quick to answer questions. Our dog loved the big garden (everything was super fenced and absolutely escape-proof for our Golden Retriever). If you sit in the garden at this cottage, you can see deer and hares hopping by. The tranquility and nature that Marchegg has to offer is beautiful. So if you're looking for a few relaxing days, this is the place to be. But there are also many great excursion destinations that can be reached from here in a short time. We definitely plan to come back. Everything worked great, thanks also to Armin for the great hospitality :)

I can’t recommend this place enough! First, a big thank you to Alexandra for her kindness and quick communication - she generously accommodated my early arrival in Bratislava with an early check-in. Her instructions were clear and super helpful throughout. The apartment itself is perfect, exactly as shown in the photos. The view from the window is absolutely stunning - honestly even more breathtaking in person. You’ll never get tired of it. The location is unbeatable - truly the best spot in Bratislava. If I ever return to the city, I already know where I’ll be staying!

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment. The accommodation is pleasantly decorated and very well equipped – we didn't miss anything. Particularly noteworthy is the beautiful balcony where we enjoyed spending time, be it for breakfast or reading. The landlady was extremely friendly and helpful. In case of a small problem, she was there immediately and took care of it in the best possible way. She was always easily accessible and helpful tips ready on request. The location is also good- right on the ring and very close to the subway. We felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime!

Great place and great location

Chic decor , spotless clean yet has everything you need for a short stay. Supermarket round the corner, tram 52 right across the road. Hosts are always willing to help. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Vienna!
