Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Batumi Bay

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house with a large and well-maintained territory. Location is close to Batumi, you can reach the city by car within 15 minutes. The hosts, Nino and Shota, were incredibly kind and responsive, quickly solving any questions we had with great empathy and care. And the nicest Grandpa Simon regularly brought us his homemade chacha and wine:) Overall, a fantastic place with wonderful people — we would love to come back!

Дом - отличный, тепло, уютно, горячая вода, электричество работает без проблем. Всё необходимое есть, очень много посуды, полотенец, белья, что является огромным плюсом. Тихое место, красивые окрестности, рядом пляж. Очень довольны, что выбрали именно этот дом, обязательно вернёмся еще! Отдельная благодарность Марии за доброжелательность и отзывчивость!

The accommodation was as described. It features a very spacious living room, a kitchen, and 2 large bedrooms. There is ample furniture, making it suitable for a large family to comfortably stay. The kitchen is also equipped with all the necessary amenities. The views from the windows are magnificent. The hosts are very responsive and quick to address any questions. You will also have the opportunity to sit in the courtyard and enjoy a cup of coffee with this wonderful family. The dog and cat were equally friendly. A store with a wide assortment is located 200 meters away. Overall, if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, you will like it here.

Lasha is a genuinely warm and helpful host. He makes the effort to show you everything and the local area because he wants you to have the best stay possible. He was very responsive and respectful and I felt he genuinely cared about my Airbnb experience. When the weather is nice, there is some great views here. Calm & peaceful experience apart from some nearby barking dogs occasionally but not all the time & it didn't stop me from sleeping well. Highly advise having or renting a car, your experience will be much better.

This lovely place is run by the wonderful Ross and Miranda — a warm, educated couple who manage their family business with genuine care. From the moment we arrived, we felt less like guests and more like relatives. Their hospitality is natural and effortless, and I'm sure they treat every visitor with the same kindness. The home is clean, safe, and especially suitable for families. Whatever we needed, Ross and Miranda were quick to help and always made us feel comfortable. Their attentiveness and friendly nature truly made our stay memorable. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a homely and welcoming Airbnb experience.

Местоположение жилья отличное. Жилье подходит под большую компанию, единственный минус, это, что туалет и кухня в отдельном помещении. А сам хозяин был очень дружелюбный и доброжелательный! Мы прекрасно пообщались и провели время.

Das Apartment war einfach super – schön eingerichtet, gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Die Gegend ist total ruhig, perfekt zum Abschalten. Und trotzdem ist man mit dem Auto ruckzuck im Zentrum. Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und aufmerksam. Schon bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir mit frisch zubereitetem türkischen Kaffee und einem köstlichen Eiskaffee begrüßt – ein wunderschöner Start! Während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts haben sie sich sehr bemüht, dass es uns an nichts fehlt. Wenn es mehr als 5 Sterne geben würde, hätten sie diese absolut verdient! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Oda gerçekten çok güzel sitede anlatıldığı gibi , yemek yapmak için bütün malzemeler vardı. Güzel bir 15 gün geçirdik.

His house is really perfect. He has a much more beautiful house than the photos. The heating is very good, there is both air conditioning and a nice heater. The projection is very high quality, real 1080 pixels. I noticed the last day that there are many technological devices, not just a PS5, but I couldn't use it because I noticed it the last day. There are many things in the house that are not even in normal houses, such as a large refrigerator, coffee machine, grill. Apart from that, the house is in the building closest to the sea. The inside of the site is very nice and very secure. The landlord is incredibly friendly, he answered my questions immediately and found solutions to everything. Even though I left the house, he is such a good person that he said he would help me during my stay in Batum. I am dying to visit here again. Thank you for everything, brother.

Квартира понравилась. Удобное расположение — прямо на первой линии, с красивым видом на море. Успели поймать! Внутри всё чисто и аккуратно. Есть вся посуда, чайник, микроволновка — всё работает. Удобная душевая, мягкая кровать, подушки на выбор. Приятное освещение, особенно понравилась закатная лампа. Самое интересное — проектор. Смотрели фильмы, сериалы на Netflix и YouTube. Всё устроило, нам было комфортно!

Я провел три ночи в этом жилье и остался очень доволен. У нас была возможность насладиться барбекю и поплавать в бассейне, что сделало отдых еще приятнее. Красивая крыша с потрясающим видом добавила атмосферы. Удобная парковка была большим плюсом. Особо хочу отметить хозяина, который всегда был на связи и готов помочь в любой ситуации. Рекомендую это место для отдыха!

Отлично провели время в этом замечательном месте. Отмечали день рождения жены в компании друзей. В доме было все необходимое: много посуды, принадлежности для BBQ, наборы полотенец. Особенно отмечу безупречную чистоту. Общение с хозяином дома было очень приятным, быстрым и понятным. Заселение прошло быстро и бесконтактно, благодаря подробным инструкциям, которые нам прислали заранее. Однозначно рекомендую это место и благодарю хозяина дома. Будем рады вернуться сюда вновь ♥️

Erholung pur! Das kleine Apartment ist eine Ruheoase und der Blick aus dem Fenster fantastisch! Links die Silhouetten von Batumi und geradeaus das Meer! Ich habe ein paar Tage dort verbracht und täglich auf dem Balkon gesessen und die schönen Sonnenuntergänge, sowie die Natur drum herum genossen:) Klar, man muss ein paar wenigen Kilometer zum Strand fahren oder zu den Restaurants in Chakvi z.B. aber es ist einfach schön, abseits vom Trubel zu sein. Das Internet funktioniert übrigens tadellos. Was in der Wohnung fehlt, sind zwei Leseleuchte am Bett. Das Oberlicht ist doch unschön. Und nach dem Duschen ist das Badezimmer ziemlich nass… was ich aber leider häufig in Georgien angetroffen habe :( Koba ist aber sehr nett und antwortet schnell. Sein Verwandter wohnt ein paar Häuser weiter und hat mir bei meiner Ankunft alle erklärt (dank Google Translate :) Er hat mir auch einen Tipp gegeben für den besten Strand und tatsächlich war das ein toller Tipp!

Если Вы устали от суеты и городского шума — это именно то жильё, которое Вам нужно. Удобная кровать, свежий воздух, красивые виды с террасы, родниковая вода, деликатность хозяев и других гостей. Одновременно со мной отдыхала пара из Тбилиси - они уже девятый раз выбрали это место! Если путешествуете без машины, будьте готовы к ежедневной тренировке в виде подъёма в гору, либо внизу можно взять такси за пять лари. Там же в супермаркете продают пополняемые автобусные карты, по ним можно съездить в Батуми и ещё во многие интересные места. Хозяева подскажут маршрут. До ботанического сада, например, можно дойти пешком. Море в Махинджаури чистое, на пляже всегда есть место. Прошло три дня, а уже хочется обратно) Огромное спасибо за гостеприимство!

Останавливаюсь не первый раз в этой студии. Прекрасный вид, так что даже в плохую погоду вы не упустите ни какпли моря :) Закаты тоже показывают! Около дома ходит весь важный транспорт, можно легко уехать в аэропот, Сапри, Гонио, Ботанический сад за 30 тетри (0,3 GEL). Электрический нагреватель, вода идёт сразу горячая, напор всегда хороший. В холодное время года для отопления хватает кондиционера и обогревателя. Есть небольшая электрическая сушка для белья – удобно во влажном климате. Чистота при заселении всегда идеальная, спасибо!

Мы снимали квартиру Ираклия более чем пол года. За это время мы много раз общались с Ираклием и убедились что он человек на которого можно смело положиться. Ираклий всегда был очень отзывчивым и шел нам на встречу. Квартира хорошо расположена - в непосредственной близости располагаются множество магазинов и кафе. До моря можно дойти за 10-15 минут. Хорошая транспортная доступность. В квартире есть все необходимое даже для длительного проживания - посуда, бытовая техника - все исправно работает. Квартира оснащена индивидуальным отопление и кондиционером. Квартира чистая и удобная. Горячо рекомендуем останавливаться у Ираклия.
