House vacation rentals in Batumi Bay

Great new house with two full bedrooms. Had a good rest.

The host met us on time. Check-in went well. The house was cleaned, the pool was very clean. Everything was as described and photographed. The beds in the rooms were made, towels were prepared. All necessary utensils are available in sufficient quantities, excellent barbecue area. I recommend this place.

The place was new, it’s far from Batumi but we liked our stay, everything was clean and new, I asked for instructions to the place since the location wasn’t much of help, the owner responded quickly and provided instructions to how to reach, there was an issue with the hotel water the first day we reached, the owner did come and fixed the issue. The only down side was one of the toilets seems to preserve any smell it had and it takes long to get rid of the smell.

Great cabin, everything is cool

We celebrated New Year's Eve with our family in this beautiful house. The space is comfortable expectations. A brand new townhouse has just been renovated. Everything is new and fresh. The mega beds are comfortable and comfortable. All appliances and tableware are available for longer stays. The host is very friendly and helpful to the host. At our request, we brought home a Christmas tree and toys, for which we were grateful! We will definitely come back for a next time

From the first minute after arriving we felt like at home. During our stay me and my wife got sick unfortunately and Eto‘s family took care of us right away with delicious Georgian food and raspberry jam. We felt like being taken care of by our own parents and it is unbelievable. We are really thankful for the hospitality we experienced in this house. This was our best stay in Georgia for sure. The location is great and you will find everything you need within five minute walk. If you get a chance to stay here, please do so and you will never regret! If I get a chance to come back to Batumi, this will be my favorite.Спасибо вам огромное за все и привет из Германии☺️

The place is great! Very spacious, well maintained! And the photos are not going it justice its better in reality 😄. Awesome place for big groups! But a little far from the center that’s it. Everything else is 10/10

We visited Batumi only for a few hours, as our main goal was to explore nature and the national parks, but we stayed at Megi’s place and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Megi was incredibly helpful and communicative from the start. The house itself is huge, spotlessly clean, and located in a peaceful area - perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Getting there was smooth thanks to Megi’s assistance. The road isn’t visible on Google Maps, but we received clear instructions and helpful photos to guide us through the last few hundred meters. When we arrived, the host was waiting for us, gave us a warm welcome, showed us around the house, and explained how everything works. We highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a quiet retreat near Batumi!

The accommodation was as described. It features a very spacious living room, a kitchen, and 2 large bedrooms. There is ample furniture, making it suitable for a large family to comfortably stay. The kitchen is also equipped with all the necessary amenities. The views from the windows are magnificent. The hosts are very responsive and quick to address any questions. You will also have the opportunity to sit in the courtyard and enjoy a cup of coffee with this wonderful family. The dog and cat were equally friendly. A store with a wide assortment is located 200 meters away. Overall, if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, you will like it here.

Stayed for a month, of course the weather was very unlucky, there was a heavy snowfall. However, the house was warm and comfortable. Chic view from the balcony, kitchen with everything you need, quiet and lack of city hustle and bustle. Recommended

It is a very nice accommodation. I have enjoyed it a lot. Can definitely recommend to anyone. The sea is close-by and many others things like a Botanic Garden. I had a super time.

We had a great stay in Khatuna's appartement. We enjoy in particular the private garden, but the whole experience was very pleasant and relaxing. Khatuna is a very nice host and the apartment had everything we needed. The apartment was also perfectly located in old Batoumi so that we could easily walk around and enjoy all the main Batoumi attractions and good restaurants. We will definitely stay here again when we - come back to Batoumi!

I stayed in this beautiful cottage in Buknari for about a month, and it was easily one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. If you’re looking for true privacy, serenity, and breathtaking views — this is the place. The setting is magical. From the cottage, you can see layers of lush trees, majestic mountains, the sea stretching into the horizon, and the city lights sparkling at night. On clear days, you can even spot snow-covered peaks in the far distance. The soundscape is pure nature, a constant concert of birds throughout the day. The cottage itself feels like a hidden sanctuary. It’s so comfortable, beautifully surrounded by greenery, and incredibly quiet. I honestly wish I could live there full-time. Lena is an amazing host, always nearby if needed, always smiling, and genuinely helpful. I had no issues during my stay. Everything was smooth and perfect. If you’re thinking about booking this place — do it. You won’t regret it. I’m already planning to come back.

We absolutely loved our stay in Inga's paradise. It was so embedded in nature. So peaceful, serene, fresh, and a beautiful. A 10 minute walk to the sea. Birds chirping every morning. Inga was an incredible hostess. She welcomed us as soon as we arrived, helped us with our bags, presented us a bottle of Georgian wine, made us some Turkish coffee and gave us Georgian candy for our kids. She was very proactive to make sure we were happy all of the time. She gave us great recommendations and wanted us to have the best experience. Our kids loved playing with and feeding the local neighborhood cats. Only thing to be aware of is its up a decently steep hill...so if you're with someone elderly or disabled it might be too much of a trek for them. But there are also always taxis available at the bottom of the hill. Great experience. Thank you Inga for being such a hospitable host! God bless you!

Lovely apartment with an amazing host 👌🏻 The location is great between the new and old Batumi, all the sights are within a walking distance. Host is available and allowed us to wait for our flight in the apartment. The size of the apartment is impressive, huge bedrooms and high ceilings, good quality furniture. We will definitely come back here, highly recommend 👍♥️

Nino and her family are wonderful people. They are helpful, valuable and friendly people. Nini was very helpful even though I checked in early. The house is in a very convenient location for visiting Batumi. The house is very useful, big, clean and peaceful. The house is in a safe area. Nino and his family were always helpful. I want to stay again. Thank you for everything.

I stayed in Batumi several times in the apartment, but this apartment is the most cozy and spacious. Perfectly blown due to drafts, well lit. There is everything you need, including dishes, air conditioning, iron, ironing board, spacious wardrobe and so on. The hosts are hospitable people, very pleasant to communicate with. The photos correspond to reality, but the balcony is actually even more cozy. Of the shortcomings, I can only note weak Wi-Fi. However, it's nothing for a vacation!

We stayed at Bacho's place for a week and everything went great. The apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. For the rocking chair, there is a separate respect :)) and in my opinion, most importantly - Bacho is a very responsive, kind host who always meets each other and will help with all questions. He was always in touch, on the day of arrival he met us at 6 am, shared recommendations for cafes and transport. Everything went great, as convenient and calm as possible. ! Peace ☮️

Abashidze street is the quietest and most beautiful ! They turned into an Italian courtyard,and there's a gingerbread cute house. We went inside … a solemn salon, kitchen, beautiful table, sofa area.., everything for a wonderful pastime, on the second floor of the bedroom. Everything is cozy, like at home,very clean! The real life of the Georgian courtyard was observed outside the windows. Like a kid! The house is close to beaches, boulevard, many restaurants, beautiful places. Highly recommended! Here you will feel the soul of old Batumi. No hotel will give this.
