The Stables was conveniently located with all the amenities you’d need for your stay, it was squeaky clean with some really lovely touches like matching bath robes etc. Harriet was really friendly and kept us up to date with all relevant details needed. We would love to stay again

Caroline is a very warm-hearted host. My stay was exceptionally pleasant. The room was better than expected: it was a small apartment with a bedroom, bathroom, and large living room. I can highly recommend this bnb.

We had a great stay at the Garden flat. It had everything we needed and was a great location for local cafes/restaurants and the beach. Parking was easy too. Jane was a great host who was very helpful. She also replied to messages very quickly. We would definitely recommend the flat and would love to come back.

My children and I had a lovely time at the apartment. It was very clean and had enough space for a small family. The x2 shower rooms were a great addition to the apartment. Quiet and safe location. Near to cafes and trendy clothing stores and a nice walk to the tourist sites close to the beach. I was extremely glad to be able to offload our belongings at the apartment before parking elsewhere.

We had a lovely stay at António’s apartment! It’s centrally located and perfect for exploring the area on foot. The apartment had everything we needed and more – thoughtfully equipped, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. We instantly felt right at home. António was a kind and responsive host, making everything smooth from check-in to check-out. Highly recommended!

Cosy, spacious, homely and comfortable- we loved Jonathan’s flat. They were kind enough to let us check in early, super friendly, and lovely. The flat has everything you could wish for and more, we loved the extras for the children (plastic plates, cups etc) it made it so easy with young children. It was warm and my daughter said ‘it was the best nights sleep she ever had!’. Thanks - we will be back!

Very responsive, lovely house exactly as we needed

We had a lovely time in Whitstable not least thanks to the beautiful house in Argyle Street, which had everything you need and more. It’s perfectly located, close to the train station, beach, harbour, cute high street and a brilliant bakery. We didn’t bring a car but still managed to get around so much with the brilliant train (10 mins walk from house) that goes down the coast to Herne Bay, Margate and Broadstairs and a 20 minutes bus ride to Canterbury (bus stop a 3min walk from house). We were incredibly lucky with the weather and loved every minute!

Was an amazing stay, extremely cosy and relaxing. Very clean throughout. Everything was easy to use/access. Megan was also a great host. Very pleased overall

Staying at Fleur’s place was such a treat. A gorgeous, elegant house with a garden for miles. Super easy to check in, and we had everything we needed for a weekend away. Don’t hesitate to book, you won’t want to leave at the end!

Nancy made our group's experience extremely enjoyable, I had a great stay! She was incredibly thoughtful being flexible with timings and leaving for us a tennis table and going the extra mile by preparing the hot tub. She was responsive to my questions, which I really appreciated. The home was clean and very comfortable. I’d definitely recommend staying here if looking to do a trip in Ashford.

The barn was beautiful, we had such a lovely stay. The decor was stunning and there was lots of special touches that made our stay more comfortable. Michelle was very good at communicating with us and the main owner of the barn met us on out first day and gave us lots of useful information regarding the barn the sites and walks around the area. We would definitely love to come back in the future.

A delightful beach cabin experience. I booked this beautiful home for a recent girls trip. Sofia allowed us to get access early as several of us had come on overnight flights. The home is easily locatable and perfectly situated. We spent four nights, enjoying long dinners at the dining room table, sitting on the back deck, enjoying the stunning view and sleeping peacefully in the lovely bedroom. Sofia was responsive throughout our visit, and even let us check out a little bit later than planned so we could further enjoy the beach. note that this is a very low tide beach. If you’re hoping to swim, you will likely need to go to another part of the beach. The water is ankle deep goes out at that level for a very long way. The kitchen is very well appointed, the beds are super comfortable. I am a stickler for having decent hot water for a nice bath, and that was not a problem at all. Thank you so much to Sofia and her partner. We look forward ved every minute.

The apartment is perfect decorated with real style . Beautifully set up and a superb location. Jaclyn is super helpful and responds quickly - and has a great sense of humor. My 86 year old mother loved it !

Dan’s flat got a great range of tech gadgets which are super easy to adapt to and the place is really nice, we helped ourselves to some beer and prosecco. Dan’s been super responsive and considerate. Will definitely come back for more staycations thanks Dan!!!

We had a lovely stay in Tunbridge Wells. The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was very quick to respond and informative, providing clear instructions and helpful local tips, which made the stay even smoother. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would be happy to stay again.

A well located flat opposite the sea. It’s only 5 steps to the front door of this big comfortable flat. One big room with lounges, table for 6, a well equipped kitchen and a grand piano! The bed was comfortable and bathroom big with heated towel rails. A step into bath with grab rails. We loved staying here. Philip was a great host and left us a basket of goodies. Thank you.

This was my fourth time to stay at Dan’s apartment & I keep on returning because it feels home from home for me & my partner! This time we were lucky enough to have supper at Busby & Wilds, which is only open from Thursday through to Sunday. We would definitely recommend eating there, but it’s a pity that it is only open at the weekends. Here’s to more stays at Flat 2, No 10, Sussex Square in the future!
