Lovely cottage, had everything we needed for a great week. Well appointed kitchen and bathrooms. All the crockery, utensils and pans you need for cooking. Hot tub was certainly a favourite and well used! Nice to have plastic ‘glasses’ for use outside. Great selection of games was a nice surprise. Being able to walk the dog right from the doorstep made it so easy - we really enjoyed exploring the smallholding. Hosts were very quick to respond with answers and support. Yes, the Tesco delivery man did manage to find us and unload :-)

My partner and I had the most lovely few days break staying in the comfortable and peaceful Flower Barn. The cottage is beautiful, the bed is huge and comfy; the welcome basket and bottle of wine in the fridge was a lovely treat to arrive to! Very sad to be leaving but we will be back soon.

Had a wonderful stay at Silva Cottage.The cottage was beautiful and had everything a person could need and very clean. The location was amazing set in woods and so so quiet apart from the birds which were a delight to see and hear especially watching the comings and going’s of Woodpeckers on the bird feeder. The hot tub was spectacular.Set in the woods nothing could compare to sitting back and enjoying the tub with a glass of fizz. We had a great recommendation from Lorraine for an Indian Takeaway which delivered to the cottage and ate a great lunch at The Tamar Inn at Calstock. Great location for walkers with Dartmoor on one side and Bodmin Moor on the other plus the coastal path. Would highly recommend this property and would love to return.

We loved our stay at Miranda’s place! It was clean, the views were stunning & she was extremely responsive and helpful. Thankful for this wonderful spot for some time with family!

We had the most wonderful stay at Apple Barn! Alan and Davina are incredible hosts. The welcome tray is a lovely touch especially Davina’s delicious lemon cake. We loved the hot tub and the home itself is so comfortable, clean, well-decorated and contains anything you could possibly need. Thanks for a great stay, we will be back:)

Had a fabulous stay at Olivia’s Orchard cottage. Lots to do with farm animals around, Games room, outdoor games and lots of walks to relax and unwind at the property. Property was in proximity to Plymouth and Looe and found it very convenient to explore by car from here.

A lovely hidden gem tucked away in beautiful countryside. We went for a relaxing weekend to chill out and were not disappointed. It's often difficult to find somewhere that accepts four Dalmatians but Sally was extremely dog friendly and we felt very relaxed. The place is in a beautiful setting with attractive fishing lakes to walk around. The house had everything we needed, comfortable beds and we enjoyed the hot tub very much. Nearby Swanacott woods was a ten minute drive away and a great place for the dogs to let off steam. They needed to do this as the free range chickens did tease them a little but luckily none of them ended up in the pot!

Susan's beautiful cottage is exactly as described - gorgeous, peaceful, and romantic - made our 30th anniversary perfect! Susan was a wonderful hostess, communicating and helping us get to the cottage (got a little lost the first time). The Jacuzzi was a perfect way to end the day after taking the South West Coastal Path from Looe to Polperro (amazing hike). We very much enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this lovely place. A magical place…fantastic location, in just a few minutes you’re in beautiful woodland - that is, if you can bear to leave the garden which is exquisite. The house is full of charm and interest, and is a joy to entertain in. We had a lovely birthday weekend and hope to visit again.

What a fabulous stay, couldn't have asked for better. Such a tranquil village and the cottage was idyllic, hearing the birds and church bells and nothing more. Just what we needed. The garden was perfect for our little girl and the dog to play football and had all you need to eat nicely alfresco, as the kitchen opens out. The pub is quite something, a truly quaint village pub and we had a lovely meal there one night. Def recommend. Alison was a lovely and helpful host and had all the information we needed. Thank you for letting us stay to unwind, we will be back. Just wonderful!

We had a wonderful stay at Sunshine Cottage, which really lived up to its name. It's a very well set up house, in a great location overlooking the village of Beer. It particularly benefits from the afternoon sun, so great to sit out and enjoy dinner in the outdoor space. (We recommend the fish and chip shop on the High Street!) Beer itself is beautiful and my 9 year old son, and 85 year old mother both loved it!

My sisters and I were really pleased when we arrived. such a beautiful home. thank you for the cream tea that greeted us. That was a nice touch and was appreciated as the three of us settled after our journeys. I strongly recommend. it's a lovely village close to amenities. we will definitely book again. Lovely home from home, a short walk down the steps to the centre of Dawlish and its beautiful stream. House was exactly as described, we all slept well in comfortable beds and it had a well equipped kitchen. We exchanged messaged before and during our stay, quick and helpful responses always received.

Lovely cottage with a real home from home feel. So close to the harbour, but still hidden away and cozy. Fiona and Andy left some lovely treats for us to enjoy. And we sure did. My worries about steep steps for my 80 year old mother inside the house were unfounded. And by the end she was even able to bound up the outside steps to the cottage. My only concern was (as a software developer taking working breaks away) regarding the internet being a little temperamental, but Fiona was quick to respond to say she’d not heard of troubles previously and that she’d remedy! I’d definitely stay again given the chance, and that goes double for the octogenarian.

Perfect location. The cottage is spacious and excellently appointed, it has every thing you need, it's a home from. Christina and her partner are very friendly, responsive and very helpful. We would definitely stay her again.

Trev's and Sarah's cottage is perfect for relaxing. Idyllic setting with everything that you need - cozy cottage with comfortable bed, well stocked kitchen, a lovely garden and convenient parking. Visited Looe, Polperro, Boscastle, Tintagel and Dartmoor - all within 30 minute to an hour from the cottage. Will definitely stay again if I'm in the area. Thank you for such a lovely stay xx

Communication with Mark was great. The house is really lovely, as described, and the oak extension is great. It is tastefully decorated and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and our 3 year old grandchild slept well in the peace and quiet. Thank you Mark.... we definitely would like to return.

We loved our stay! Beautiful cottage that was superbly clean, lovely location with plenty to do nearby (within 20mins or so drive, plus greatwalks and pubs on the doorstep). We bumped into the hosts a couple of times and they were really friendly. Normally as a family we like to stay in diffeent properties when we head away but we are already exploring dates to return here in the Summer.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful little cottage. It was quiet, clean and in a lovely location. My two children loved it too. Would definately recommend :)

Lovely property in a fantastic location. Beautiful countryside surroundings, peaceful and relaxing. Well situated for exploring North Devon. Nicola and Simon were great hosts, very friendly, welcoming, attentive and amenable, just at the end of the phone if we needed anything. The whole package made for a brilliant and relaxing holiday with the young family.

My son & I had a fantastic stay at the cottage. Very comfortable and cosy, with a very well equipped kitchen, beds that made for a restful nights sleep, sizeable bathroom with a good shower and plenty of outdoor space. Ideally placed for exploring Plymouth, and wider afield in Cornwall and Devon.. Jane is a great host, very quick to respond and would have no hesitation coming back for another stay.

Veronica was a great host, good communication and helpful with information before and during our stay. The cottage was as advertised and was perfect for the 3 of us. Location was less than 10 minutes to Brixham and the cottage was in a quiet location.

Thanks to Nancy for a lovely stay! It was ideal accommodation for attending a wedding in Exeter whilst enjoying a peaceful country get away. The cottage is well maintained and comfortable. It is very thoughtfully equipped, especially with kitchen utensils and washing facilities. Nancy had left everything spotlessly tidy for our arrival. We were even welcomed with some local cider and ingredients in the fridge to make a tasty cooked breakfast. Nancy was very friendly to chat to and provided us with useful local information. She was also very accommodating of our baby, providing a cot with bedding, a baby towel and a high chair. We hope to return to stay one day and be reunited with Pinot the cat!
