Gregory is the best host you could imagine - very responsive, helpful but never intrusive, great detailed instructions. Get this - he is so nice, he brought a vase of flowers to my wife on her birthday!!! The carriage house is just how it looks in pictures - extraordinary furnishings, fully stocked with everything you could want, luxurious beyond any airbnb I have ever seen, in a very high end neighborhood, convenient to the Montrose shopping area. I can't think of a reason to ever stay anywhere else in the Akron area.

Our stay at the Cottage was absolutely wonderful! The place was spotlessly clean, the location was fantastic, and Terri was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We look forward to returning again in the Fall. Highly recommend!

I’m from the Akron area and still have family there. This was a nice central location. This is a perfect place for one or two people. It has everything you need and is clean and relatively quiet.
