Great apartment, much bigger than I thought. Spotlessly clean, everything was as described and Jason was quick to respond to messages. Couldn’t fault at all and would certainly use again if I’m in the area!

Ruth's place was the perfect spot for our weekend away. Great location, easy access to the A1, pub next door and several walks on the doorstep. The annexe is very well equipped and Ruth has thought of all the extras that make the stay a real home from home and great if you've forgotten to bring anything. The private garden is lovely, even in January and a wonderful spot to watch the birds come and go. Ruth's breakfast supplies are generous and we loved how she checked in with us beforehand to find out our preferences. A fabulous find!

This place was amazing. It felt very welcoming and homely. Everything was immaculately clean and tidy. The bed was lovely and comfortable and the bathroom was extremely nice. I was in the area visiting friends and would happily use this place again. Julie popped round not long after my arrival just to check everything was ok. The milk and croissants were a nice surprise too.

We had a really lovely stay. Spotless apartment and my daughter reports a very comfy sofa bed! The double bed was lovely too, the bedding was so soft! Nice touches like milk, hot choc and biscuits. We arrived late at night and the host was very accommodating around this. Highly recommended.
