Waterfront vacation rentals in Basilicata

Very impressed with Camilla and Rossella. They were very helpful while we got settled and any time we needed them during our stay. The place has plenty of space and is close walking distance to anywhere in Bar Vecchia. Thank you Camilla and thank you Rossella for helping to make this a great experience for us both.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo Daniela è una persona splendida ci ha accolto con gentilezza e illustrato tutte le cose belle da vedere nei dintorni che sono davvero tante perché la casa si trova a pochi passi dal mare limpido e a poca distanza da rocca imperiale e roseto capo spulico paesi ricchi di storia ....lo consiglio vivamente

Un apartament generos foarte frumos cu 2 balcoane 2 băi la etajul 4 lift bucătărie destul de bine dotată. Pentru cei care vin cu avionul este destul de greu să ajungi tren de la aeroport până în gara Bari și de acolo autobuzul 53 circa 1 oră de mers. Gazda foarte amabilă ne-a oferit transport contra sumei de 20 EUR. Pentru 3 persoane te costă la fel dacă alegi să mergi cu transportul în comun. Să ajungi în centrul orașului Bari faci cam 40 minute cu autobuzul 53 sau 22. Nouă ne-a plăcut foarte mult locația și nu am văzut în asta un impediment. Autobuzele circulă până la 23.30. Atenție pentru cei care doresc să viziteze Matera sau Alberobello să se intereseze în prealabil de orar. Trebuie plătită o taxă de stațiune de 2 euro de persoană pe zi. Gazda foarte amabilă și receptiva. Magazin alimentar chiar lângă bloc. Recomand cu drag. Au fost 4 zile în care am fost ca și acasă. Am să o recomand și prietenilor din Cluj-Napoca. Merită. Mulțumesc.

Very nice and comfortable apartment, spectacular view of the sea while having a coffee on the balcony, Giovanni was very kind and his restaurant recommendations were very accurate, delicious seafood, pizzas and coffee with Cornetos downstairs.

Highly recommend, lovely apartment, big space, very clean and nicely designed, central location, good neighbourhood, shops and cafes/restaurants around, close to everywhere. Had a wonderful time. Lorenza is fantastic host, easy communications, fast response, friendly and helpful. Thank you x

Die Unterkunft befindet sich direkt über einem Restaurant und man kann das Meer vom Balkon aus sehen. In Gehweite befinden sich Restaurants, Bars, kleine Läden, ein Supermarkt und ein Automaten-Kiosk, an dem man bis spät Abends gekühlte Getränke und Snacks ziehen kann. Die Unterkunft war sauber und wir haben uns insgesamt wohl gefühlt, nur die Küche ist eher spärlich eingerichtet und der Ofen nicht angeschlossen, die Herdplatten haben wir gar nicht erst ausprobiert. Man bekommt in der Nachbarschaft nämlich auch sehr günstig köstliche Pizza zum mitnehmen z.B. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen, aber sind auch mit dem Bus und der Bahn in die Innenstadt gefahren, um die Parkplatzsuche zu vermeiden. Mit dem Auto haben wir die umliegenden Region erkundet und können auch das empfehlen- wobei sich auch immer ein Blick auf die Zugverbindungen lohnt, da Bahnfahren in Italien sehr günstig ist. Insgesamt hatten wir einen tollen Urlaub mit dieser Wohnung als Ausgangspunkt.

Casa molto pulita in ogni suo ambiente. La cucina è dotata di lavatrice. Stoviglie e pentole nuove. Ogni camera ha il proprio condizionatore ed è presente anche un bellissimo balcone che affaccia sul mare e sulle montagne che circondano Sapri. Ristoranti e attività commerciali nei dintorni e mare raggiungibile in due minuti ( ed anche meno) a piedi. Anna e Riccardo sono due host gentilissimi e disponibili. E’ stato un piacere alloggiare da loro e appena possibile torneremo.

Appartamento, al secondo piano, con ampia terrazza, vivibile, in ottimo stato, accessoriato, pulito, con lavatrice, climatizzatore e lavastoviglie. Ottima la posizione e bellissima la piscina interna al residence. Per una famiglia di quattro persone è ideale. L'host Ida è stata molto disponibile e attenta alle nostre esigenze. La ringraziamo sentitamente per la meravigliosa vacanza in questa regione tutta da scoprire ed amare!

Wir hatten einen super schönen Aufenthalt in Matteos Wohnung. Die Unterkunft hat alles was man benötigt, einen super gepflegten Garten und eine riesen Terrasse mit toller Ausstattung (Liegestühle, Tisch mit Stühlen, Loungesessel). Die Unterkunft ist top ausgestattet von Waschmaschine, zwei Bäder, Fliegenschutzgitter, Klimaanlage in jedem Raum bis hin zu Wechseldecken. Die Komminikation mit Matteo war sehr einfach, schnell und freundlich. Self Check-In hat problemlos funktioniert. Der Strandabschnitt mit Promenade ist sehr schön und gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

Nicola was a great host, he was always available if we needed, but we were able to use the apartment on our own (including the arrival and departure). The apartment was perfect for us for traveling with our parents as a group of four. The rooms are spacious and tidy, and everything we needed was provided (including tasty coffee and good wi-fi). The bathroom was a little bit smaller than we are used to, and due to the high ceilings the apartment was a little bit loud in the evenings. The old town and train stations were within walking distance and there were restaurants (pizzeria and breakfast place) on the opposite side of the street. Fantastic time in a gorgeous house. Suited for one or two families, located right on the beach! Morning swims, then luxuriating in the tasteful garden or house. Well equipped, lacks nothing. And Villemare is charming, Cilento great to explore. We will be back.

andrea si è dimostrato, sin dalla prenotazione, molti disponibile. l'alloggio, situato al settimo ed ultimo piano in un bel palazzo di nuova costruzione, si presenta ampio e con una spaziosa terrazza in cui vi è disponibile anche una cyclette. appartamento silenzioso.

Great stay. Clean, modern, great views and a huge patio. If you are looking for a modern, updated stay, with the intention of relaxing on a patio, this is for you. Takes about an hour to walk into Old Town, if you are looking for things to do and night life. Taxi's are quick and easy to arrange as well at this location.

Had a great time at Pierina’s place. Communication was great and the apartment was very clean and comfortable. Definitely worth a visit!

Die Unterkunft ist super gelegen für an den Strand, wie auch für die Ortschaft. In 2 Minuten ist mensch in einer Bäckerei, Pizzeria, Einkausladen etc. Es gibt einen tollen grossen Balkon mit Meersicht& Tisch zum draussen Essen sowie einen kleineren Balkon. Corrado und seine Frau sind sehr freundliche, bemühte& zuvorkommende Leute die gerne jederzeit helfen, viel über die Gegend erzählen können und gute Tipps haben. Und sie waren bez. Check- in & Check out sehr flexibel und grosszügig. Wir kommen wieder!

Spacious and well-equipped apartment in a peaceful location, with the main street — including supermarkets, shops, and more — just around the corner. Massimo and his wife gave us a warm welcome, and communication was always quick and easy. Thank you so much — we had a wonderful stay and would be happy to come back someday.

The view from all windows was stunning. The apartment was very clean. The balcony was a show stopper - sitting out overlooking the Sea was drop dead gorgeous. Though the road could be a little noisy at times with cars or pedestrians, it didn't impede our trip at all. The view was almost surreal. The bed was very firm (typical for an Italian home, we've found). The kitchen could've done with a few essentials - maybe some salt, sugar, coffee etc. But, regardless it was all fabulous and wouldn't stop us from coming back. Elena was an absolute delight, there if you need her, but always allowing for her guests privacy. We Loved the space, loved Elena and can't wait to come back!

Alojarnos en el apartamento de Anna fue una excelente decisión, todo estuvo perfecto, siempre dispuesta Anna a ayudarnos y a responder nuestras dudas. El departamento es grande y muy cómodo. La ubicación es excelente queda muy cerca de la zona antigua de Bari. Sin dudas volveremos.
