Villa vacation rentals in Basilicata

We spent 5 days in the accommodation. It is located in the quiet countryside, and above all perfect for shining throughout the tourist sites of the region. The place is quite recommendable for a family of 4 (I had read in a review that it was a little small for a family of four but it is not). Well equipped kitchen, everything was good for us, I would take over this accommodation without hesitation!

We had a most wonderful stay! The place is spacious, has a perfect location, and the most beautiful view! We felt like at home! It was easy to get to places (it isn't beach- time yet, but the area is full of gorgeous possibilities to hike!) - and we felt good every time we got back to the house. I recommend the place warmly. Felice was very kind, always available. beautiful house, the area is very nice and quiet being in low season, but with a pool in front of the house. along the sea 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes walk, with clubs for young people and families, km of beach with both facilities and free facilities.

Beautiful stay with a great view of the city and bay. Spacious with good parking. Can very highly recommend. Just keep in mind there is no WiFi so cell service is a must. Would go back anytime.

It was perfect, we had everything we needed in this place. Very well equipped to cook, very quiet, in the countryside with a beautiful view on the Basilicate hills. Everything is offered to rest. Lively house, like at home. Basilicate is a beautiful area. There is no other accommodation in the house so you really are calm. The owners are very pleasant and welcoming people.

House surrounded by countryside, well equipped, with everything you need for the kitchen, there is also a grill if you want, I only missed having a microwave. The house is clean, recycling is carried out, and in the courtyard you will find some cats to greet you, as well as having a piece of land with olive trees and other trees. If you want to relax, it's the perfect place!

An ideal place to enjoy a wonderful vacation should always begin with a friendly, accommodating, helpful host who greets you and immediately makes you feel welcomed and at home. Gianfranco is that kind of host. We were greeted by him and his lovely daughter and we knew at once that we were going to have a great vacation at “La Caprignola.” We were not disappointed. The house was immaculately clean, is very spacious, charmingly decorated and has every amenity you could want to make your stay comfortable and hassle free. No detail has been overlooked. The outdoor space, the garden and patio, is also very spacious with areas in which you can relax day and night and loads of space that our pet dog spent happy hours exploring. The house is totally private, surrounded by olive trees and abundant plantings. A perfect place to relax and though located in the countryside it is only a few minutes drive from the lively, historic and lovely town of Buccino where you will find anything you might need (markets, restaurants, bars, etc.). It is also ideally located for exploring the vast and beautiful Cilento with its breathtaking vistas; Basilicata; Salerno; Paestum; and any number of historic towns. although a little tricky to find at first I cannot explain how beautiful this villa was, beautiful surroundings, so peaceful and so pretty, way out in the countryside it was a beautiful retreat. Eduardo and Stefania were the perfect hosts and so very welcoming and friendly. I for sure will return. thank you

The best part of this home is the breathtaking view from the huge lower terrace and the upper terrace. This is an amazing home - perfect for two families with a full kitchen and a full bath on each level. The bedrooms are large and have plenty of closet space. Alessandro and his brother were so gracious and left a large basket of pasta, sauce, cheese and other goodies for us to enjoy. We were lucky enough to be there when the oranges on the trees were ripe and we asked if we could pick some. Fresh OJ every morning!

It's a perfect place to stay for big group. Large kitchen, dining area and living hall. Giovanni had been a great host. Prepare breakfast every morning and responsive host. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Matera & Alberobello area.

Thus is a great house to stay in and base yourself for a trip to Italy. Scario is a lovely town with all you need for a memorable holiday. Visits to Bosco and Dan Giovanni were nice. Wary drive from Naples. We visited Pompeii on way. We are a family of 7 and was lots of room. Pool (with diving) was great for the children (and adults 😀). We did need fans for first two nights but did not take away from a lovely stay. We would love to return and further explore all that the area offers knowing that we were staying in a fabulous house, chilled out, great views and comfortable.

Beyond expectations! Wonderful villa, lots of privacy, comfortable spaces and beds for a group of eight, pool and outdoor spaces perfect for a relaxing vacation with friends! Hosts who are very kind, caring, attentive to every detail and very helpful! We will definitely be back!

You will find with Giovanni an excellent welcome, great kindness and great generosity in a very pleasant estate and a setting, surrounded by olive trees, enchanting. Exemplary cleanliness, a very pleasant swimming pool and a very pleasant large space. The location is great because it's a good distance from all the places you have to see in Puglia. Frankly a place to recommend without restrictions and hosts who benefit from being known

Our visit at Masseria Misossero was truly pleasant! After we have arrived to the place Miriam showed us the house and explained how to take care of the facility. The communication was clear and fast when we had any questions. We were happy about the overall cleanliness of the house. It is a beautiful area and we enjoyed the views every day. We loved the big pool. Thank you for the lovely stay!

This was our third visit to the property and it was exactly what we needed, as always. Beautiful surroundings, well-provisioned kitchen with plenty of space to eat and lovely large pool.

The place was as I expected, the owners are friendly and welcoming, pleasant and clean place, we found the house in order and it is equipped with everything ideal location to reach all the various areas, very nice swimming pool and garden.

Jos is extremely accommodating and friendly. The localisation is really nice and we had a great relaxing time in the Cilento. Jos also organises diners on some occasions, definitely recommend !

Total silence, spacious well-served spaces, a pool among the olive trees, and nights stormed by stars brighter than precious stones. I don't know how to describe a slice of heaven.
