Perfect paradise. This place far exceeded our expectations, it was so quiet and peaceful, exactly what we were looking for. The outdoor sitting space was amazing to watch the sunsets and sunrises and also watch the planes from a distance. The host has clearly out alot of effort into this space and it shows! The bed was very comfortable and the space was perfect for two people. The cabin has everything you need for a getaway. The sheep were so cute hanging around the property. Beautiful location with two cabins on the property, host is also on site to always help with anything needed. Thanks again!

My wife and I spent two enchanting days at Casa Cielo Rico in April 2025. Apparent immediately was the elevation and spectacular views the location provides. Jorge and Cristina welcomed us, shared their experiences and enlightened us on all the wonders this hidden gem provides. Unfortunately I arrived with an ear and throat infection. Both Jorge and Cristina each provided me their unique herbal tea creations. Both were terrific and helped an otherwise slight distraction to our wonderful stay. The bedroom upstairs has a comfy bed and terrific view which is much more spectacular at night. From the 7000 foot elevation, the entire city of San Jose and surrounding areas are below you. The hot tub was a welcome relaxing pastime when back from a half day hiking to the upper Barva Volcano rim observatory. Lastly, the meals provided by Jorge and Cristina are exceptional and with many complementary side dishes. A wonderful stay.

Jeffry’s place was PERFECT! Very cozy, so cute and with a stunning view!! We captured a beautiful sunrise in the loft bedroom and really enjoyed our time on the front porch for morning coffee. We were only there a night but I would definitely stay there in the future (hopefully with more days!). Better than the photos!!! Thanks again, Jeffry!
