Monthly Rentals in Barranco de los Asensios

The balcony, the view and the location make this apartment the best one we have ever rented. Beach just across the road, short walk to the beautiful Plaza de Espana. As the apartment is front line there is some road noise (especially at the weekend) and noise from the restaurant downstairs (it was shut most of the time we were there so was not a problem) Loved the beautiful sunrises each morning with breakfast on the balcony. The apartment is very spacious and benefits from a lift and secure parking via remote controlled door. Key collection from local bar ( make sure you get the key with the remote for the garage). A few things could be updated to make it perfect: the shower heads, a frying pan and a Smart Tv ( for English visitors). The lock to the foyer from the garage is worn so it takes a while getting used to how to unlock it by fiddling with the key. We spent a month (November) in the apartment and really loved our time there. Would definitely recommend

We has a great time in Rachael's appartment! Close to the beach, restaurants, hiking trails and the little supermarket. Communication was easy and quick. We do recommend Rachael's appartment!

David was great from the start, great communication, allowed us to collect keys earlier than check in and check out later. It was a great stay for a really good rate....beautiful little town... I would recommend to anyone. If getting a hire car its tricky at times getting a space outside the apartment as many use the beach but don't let that put you off as spaces do become available. I would definitely use the apartment again with my family and hope to go back soon :)
