The apartment is great! I spent a few days with my wife and we didn't miss anything. The kitchen is well equipped, with various utensils and equipment. The bedroom and bathroom were clean. Everything is well cared for. The region is also very interesting, great for walking, super close to the Center, but at the same time very quiet. It is worth mentioning the very good and very close restaurants (Balbi Trattoria and Porto Campelo, for example, within walking distance).

It is a spacious and comfortable house, located very close to Prainha (the beach we liked the most in San Francisco do Sul); a very safe, quiet and family area. The place had everything described in the listing, and the WIFI worked very well. The house's kitchen is very spacious and complete. It also has a comfortable grill in the garage area. The house turned out to be more beautiful than the expectations we had created from what we saw in the photos, and it is also located near downtown and Enseada beach. The cleanliness is impeccable and the host was always willing to help us during our stay.

The accommodation is quite pleasant, exactly as in the pictures. The condominium is excellent, safe and well-structured, and the beach view is simply amazing — one of the great highlights of the stay. However, the negative point was the cleaning of the place: when we arrived, the environment was smelling closed and there was a lot of dust, which caused a certain initial discomfort. With greater attention to sanitizing prior to guests arriving, the experience would be perfect. Overall, it was a good stay!

I recommend it for families As for Carlos and Sonia, they welcomed us very well, always predisposed and attentive to everything we needed. We had a wonderful experience at Ieda's apartment in the Atlantic Islands. The structure of the condominium is impeccable, with an incredible pool, spectacular leisure area and covered parking. The apartment is great, with three comfortable bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen and everything very clean, smelling and air-conditioned. We felt at home and, without a doubt, we'll be back! The hostess was very old with us at all times. This amazing place is well worth a visit.
