Vacation rentals with a patio in Barnegat Bay

I only was there for less than 24 hours but it was a perfect location for my trip - and wish I could've stayed longer! Lovely place, location, and host

Karen was a great host! The apartment was exactly as shown and described in the pictures. Perfect walking distance to local restaurants and attractions; we had a toddler with us so instead we took a quick drive right into town. The pool was perfect as was the outside seating area. Karen was very accommodating with some last minute changes we needed. Karen was easily accessible if we had any questions or needed assistance. 10/10, already looking forward to our next stay.

This place was perfect for us!! My husband and I traveled with our 3 month old baby and our 2 dogs and we truly felt right at home. This place even had a pack & play and a high chair to accommodate families traveling with their little ones. Super clean and a 5 minute walk to the boardwalk. The host was very accommodating and even let us check in 2 hours early. I highly recommend this cute, cozy apartment and will absolutely be using them again in the future.

Myra’s place was the perfect spot for a weekend beach getaway! She was responsive, friendly and so helpful. The space was exactly as described - cozy, sweet, and functional. A really nice place to shower and hangout after some good beach time.

Kyle’s listing was absolutely amazing! We were pampered with all toiletries that you would expect, however, much more! We were able to take a long soak with bath salts, do a load of laundry and make incredibly easy coffee. The porch was a huge perk, being able to relax in the morning and evening. The provided beach towels, passes and chairs were beyond appreciated. The location was also a key factor in my rating, it just doesn’t get any better than where we were located. I would highly recommend Kyle’s listing and will look to stay again in the near future. Thank you Kyle!

Amy’s place was perfect for a relaxing guys weekend. Amy and her husband were very responsive and helpful when we arrived. The condo had everything we needed and was spotless. The location is great, just a few blocks from the boardwalk, some excellent food choices and Heavy Reel brewery has some of the best beers ever! Off street parking is a huge plus and a nearby grocery store has anything you could need. Being the off season it was very quiet and relaxing. Would highly recommend Amy’s place for the convenient location, and friendly and helpful host.

Sam was a terrific host and very responsive. The house is just as described and kitchen is well equipped. Best suited for one or two people. Private yard and porch were perfect. Bedroom is large with large closet and an empty dresser - also a large closet in the living room. We had a blackout one night and Sam came by with a flashlight right away, and when I needed instructions or had a question about something, he responded right away. The house is three blocks from the beach and one block from Main Avenue, with shops and food right there. Parking was easy. Highly recommend

I hosted my sister's bachelorette party here for the weekend and we all had a BLAST! Just two blocks from the beach and boardwalk, and with so many beds, this home was the perfect choice. The home was very clean and in my opinion, is better than the photos. We were thrilled about the fire pit but didn't even get to use it because there's so much to do in the area. Daniel was very responsive - I locked myself out of the house and he responded within two minutes. If you have a large group, stay here!

This house was everything we expected and more. The location was perfect. We loved sitting on the deck overlooking the canal. It was easy to walk to the beach and the local Acme, which was very convenient! John was a great host and very responsive. We hope to have another opportunity to stay here in the future!

It’s was a top notch stay for a group of friends attending a near by wedding. It was a great deal compared to the hotel and we loved being able to all stay together. It was a very clean space and spacious location! Thanks Julie!

Great vacation rental! Unit very clean, comfortable, with all the amenities..The backyard had shower and large picnic table with comfortable outdoor furniture, separate private house in a quiet neighborhood , just blocks walking to the beach and stores. We were a multiple generational family and it served all of our needs. Perfect host! Accommodating to dropping off luggage and getting early start to beach, and also when leaving. Will stay again.

The house was absolutely beautiful! We had a great time! The kids loved the game room! The outside deck/patio was huge and super nice! The pool was a bit green, we reached out to Nicole and she responded immediately and went out of her way to help us!

Great family house. 6 adults and two very little children. Kitchen is spacious and the large and beautiful island was a great gathering spot for all. Grilled out in secluded yard that has outdoor furniture and fire pits. Added perks of boogie boards, beach umbrellas, etc. Large grocery store around corner. This house had everything that we needed for a week of respite and family fun.

The house was just as it appeared in the photos -- with the exception that the backyard was even bigger than I imagined! Even though it was a holiday weekend, the neighborhood was generally quiet and the neighbors very respectful of each other. The house was so comfortable we went out even less than we expected and instead enjoyed reading at an outdoor table, sitting by the dock, sunbathing, and a Saturday evening firepit. A great place to vacation as a 3-generation group of 6! Thanks Kathy.

Location, location location!!! Absolutely perfect. Being so close to the beach and walkable to everything was amazing. There's a sweet outdoor space for a working vacation and excellent parking which is always a joy. Lauren was incredibly responsive and our beach vacay was just perfect.

Wil is a great host and responds promptly to messages. The condo is large and comfortably slept seven. It is in a great location! Walkable to the beach and boardwalk, but tucked away in a peaceful setting. There is ample parking. The 4 beach passes are a nice money saver! Our family would definitely come back to Wil's place.

Beautiful and clean condo. It has a nice patio and the interior is lovely. Good communication with owner, and they were very flexible with some date requests we had. Highly recommend. (Just an FYI: bedding sheets need to be brought with you.)

Charleen and Nick’s apartment was so cute, clean and beautifully decorated! They are walking distance from the beach and driving from so many cute shops and restaurants! We had rain the weekend we were there but it was so cozy and comfortable we had a great time hanging out in the apartment as well! They gave great recommendations for the area as well! Great spot all around!

Michael was very responsive! Easy code access. Walkable to hotel, restaurants and beach!!!

We had the best time at Alyson's place. The apartment is so cute and cozy and just a couple blocks walk to the boardwalk and beach. It is absolutely perfect for us. Beds were comfy and was clean and had everything we needed. Would love to stay again.
