The place was absolutely gorgeous. Had a beautiful place to sit outside and enjoy the lovely garden. The interior was cosy, clean, very well equipped and really pretty. It had all the amenities required to any visitor. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. We had a memorable experience and will definitely visit again.

Anita and Barry provided a very comfortable and cosy stay.We appreciated all the little extras and supplies too which you don’t always get at other bookings. It was a very handy base for visiting and helping our family with a new granddaughter so we will be looking to book again soon ! We only tried The Chequers pub which was a short walk away,but can recommend it as the food was very good. Thanks to both of them .

Perfect location for an overnight stay before a morning flight from Heathrow. Diana was happy for us to have our luggage collected by Airport from her address. Very quiet location with a beautiful garden. Good off road parking right outside the annexe with private entrance. Exceptional bedrom annex, spacious bedroom, tastefully decorated, very cosy and warm. Spotlessly clean with the most comfortable bed we have ever slept on in an Airbnb, and high quality bedding added a luxury feel. Great bathroom. Diana really is a superhost, so many extra touches, fresh milk and juice, tea and coffee, biscuits, breakfast items including bread for toast, butter and marmalade. Extremely thoughtful and very much appreciated. A real gem of a place and will definitely return next time we fly from Heathrow. Thank you Diana

Lovely little place to stay if you’re in the area. Small but has everything you need, including full kitchen for cooking, and little things like under floor heating which makes a difference! Two small things to be aware of - Taxis and Ubers can be a challenge in the location so it’s a little harder to get places if you’re not driving; and the dogs bark a lot to announce your presence and departure every time (although tbf host was clear about that ahead). Lovely orchard in back garden.
