With 3 bedrooms with a double bed and 1 full bathroom per floor, at the ground floor level, kitchen, large living room, each floor with an individual entrance (exterior stairs). A cozy environment for those who like to wake up and smell the sea. 5 mins from downtown Póvoa de Varzim, 20 min from Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport, 30 minutes from downtown Porto and 1 hour from Spain by Tui.

You have direct access to the backyard with lawn, chairs, barbecue and a small vegetable plantation. The place is an openspace on the ground floor with bathroom and a small but well equipped kitchen. It's close to the beach (1km) and very clean river (500m). There is also a pool and aqua park nearby. The neighborhood is quite. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). It's right along the Camino de Santiago path.
