This is my second time reviewing Giuliana's place. It's a real home, spacious, comfortable and even warm if you go in winter;) You get to the sea or shops in a few minutes, but the location is green and quiet. Giuliana is a perfect host, and we recommend her place to anyone who wants to spend a period of total relaxation in Caorle with family or friends.

We had a great stay. Very close to the ocean and walking distance from restaurants, shops and bars.

We had a very pleasant stay, starting with the warmest welcome I ever experienced with an Airbnb. We had enough privacy during our stay and enjoyed the beautiful outdoors with a river swimming spot just across the road. The immediate vicinity of the train wasn’t a problem. We would definitely come back!

This was a place I booked in a hurry because the place I had booked was canceled on the same day. But I was very satisfied. The clean room, fragrant towels, spacious shower booth, 3 large windows, and even the large TV were all good. However, ventilation is required when cooking because there is no hood. I recommend this place for the little things. For example, slippers, in Milan, they didn't provide slippers, and it was very uncomfortable since the floor wasn't cleaned. Also, the coffee and salt were provided as disposable items, and I admired the host's attentiveness. There are delicious restaurants around. The restaurant on the right as you get off at the nearest stop is a pizza and view restaurant. Be sure to check it out.

Were her for a second time and for sure we'll be back again. Beautiful place, nice, feels like home, beautiful peaceful garden and great communication with host. Worth the price we paid.
